The space
Welcome to Your perfect Home Away from Home.

This beautifully designed home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a master with a king-size bed and two additional rooms each with a queen bed. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room can easily accommodate one adult or two children.
One bathroom features an easy-access walk-in shower, while the other includes a bathtub with a shower.
For groups of up to 8 adults, an air mattress is available upon request.

Enjoy entertainment with a 65 Roku TV in the master bedroom and a 75 Google TV in the living room. The home also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

If you want to park your RV there is a full hook up available on the side of the house.

A water softener system ensures a pleasant experience for your skin and hair, while the reverse osmosis system provides clean, filtered drinking water and ice straight from the fridge.

Enjoy the outdoor patio, ideal for grilling, unwinding in the shade, or starting your day with a peaceful morning coffee.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need, and shopping options like Walmart and Fry’s are just minutes away.
Centrally located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, just off Fortuna Rd, Hwy 95 and Hwy 8. The Colorado river and the sand dunes are popular hot spots. RV -full hookup space available for an extra fee, plenty of room for parking your boats/toys at the street and in the drive-way. It’s the perfect place to relax.

Guests will enjoy full private access to the home through the front entrance with secure keypad entry for seamless, contactless check-in. Arrive at your convenience and settle in with ease - no keys required.

The driveway offers ample parking, making access simple and stress-free from the moment you arrive. Designed for both comfort and convenience, your stay begins the instant you step through the front door.

Note that the garage and walk-in closet in the master bedroom are locked spaces and not accessible to our guests.

Other things to note
Full RV hookup is available on the side of the house (gated area). Please let us know in case you want to use the parking and hook up for your RV.
