Desert Gardens #3 is a unique and exceptional downtown property that provides both an ideal downtown location as well as a spacious and private garden setting.The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and small appliances. The living rooms feature Samsung smart tv's so Netflix and other tv apps are available.

The entire property is approximately 1/3 acre and features 3 units total. The property is optimal for large groups but also comfortably allows for individual groups as well. There is plenty of shade and space for you and your fellow guests to stretch out and relax.


The open space around the units features lush flowers and plants, a year-round open hot tub, outdoor seating, bbq, and charcoal grills and a relaxing hammock to kick your feet up on.


We work very hard to provide a one-of-a-kind Moab experience with our Desert Gardens properties and hope to share the fruits of our labor with you and your family.

    Three cozy apartments next to each other with a nice spacious back yard. The apartment is clean and we'll equiped. The area is very quiet and a great place to relax. The location is central, within a few minutes walk to restaurants, stores and food truck mall.

    Great place, convenient to downtown, restaurants, etc. Beautiful yard, quiet neighborhood, everything we needed for a great Moab visit. Comfy beds, very clean. The bathroom was very tiny, but workable. Also be aware that the hot tub is shared with the other 2 units - not sure the listing actually states that. Overall wonderful place for a visit to thr National parks.
