Stayed Aug 16, 2025The property is a little bit dated but gives an authentic feel to traditional Italian life. The pool, views and sunsets are stunning we had a very relaxing stay in this remote and beautiful part of Italy. Roberta and her family were excellent hosts. A car is a must and prebooking restaurants that are not in the main towns would be recommended.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025What an amazing time we had during our stay in Laureana Cilento!Roberta and Vittorio were such wonderful hosts—very welcoming, friendly, and always helpful in organizing visits around the region. The house is lovely: clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The view from the terrace is stunning, especially at sunset. The shared pool is large, and our two kids had a blast playing with the inflatable pool toys. The charming towns of Agropoli and Santa Maria di Castellabate are just 15–20 minutes away, perfect for enjoying evenings by the sea with a large choice restaurants and gelato. There are so many things to do in the Cilento region: beautiful beaches, boat tours, archaeological sites, visit of a mozzarella farm and more.We highly recommend this place and truly hope to return soon. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts!

Stayed Sep 14, 2024Nice appartment, nicely furnitured ( which is almost untypically for Italy ). Pool with an awesome view on the Amalfi coast. The location is a bit remote on a hill but a supermarket is not too far.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022We have spent many a holiday in appartments all over Italy in the past 20 years, and Roberta and Vittorio's house rank among the very best locations where we have been so far. The only critical point in our view is the very steep and partly narrow road that you need to take to get to the villa, which is at an altitude of about 400 metres above sea level (own estimate). If a car happens to come from the opposite direction and you need to stop it can be a challenge... The house itself is beautyful, spacious, tidy, with bright rooms and a big terrace (big table with ample sunshade + a romantic sitting group benaeath an olive tree with a truly breathtaking view over the bay of Agropoli and the valley behind). The pool is much bigger than private pools usually are and also offers a wonderful view. Roberta and Vittorio are wonderful people, very friendly and ready to help in any way they can.

Stayed Aug 21, 2021On our trip through Italy via Vinci (Tuscany), Rome/ Ostia, Elea/ Velia, Paestum (Cilento) and back via Amalfi (Positano), Sorrento, Pompeii, Teraccina and Lake Garda, we stayed in a total of six different accommodations. All of them were rated with just under or even over 9 out of 10 points. On such a scale, Roberta's holiday flat definitely deserved 50 points in comparison! Normally I don't write reviews, but in this case I have to make an exception because the difference was so huge. And not only because the flat has an exceptionally beautiful architecture and room layout, an incredibly beautiful terrace with great sunsets and an indescribable view (from the entire property and from the almost 20-metre-long pool) over Agropoli to the Amalfi Coast and much more. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Roberta, Vittorio, Fabianna, the uncle and Gurmit for their obliging but unobtrusive manner, which made the week in Cilento the most relaxing days of our trip.
