Deluxe Black Butte Ranch Home. Perfect for a special family time or winter fun!

We had 8 adults and 8 children, 10 and under. The home is well laid out for large groups. There is an extra refrigerator and clothes dryer in the garage. There are two sets of silverware. The downstairs is a great place for the kids to play, with the foosball, games and the TV. The hosts were very responsive. They had decorated the house for Christmas before our arrival - much appreciated!

So many things to love about this place - spacious, comfortable, good location in BBR (a short walk to pool, a short drive to BBR store, welcome, center, pond, and lodge dining options). Great division of spaces for gathering or for privacy. Basement rec area was a big hit with 17-5 year-old family members. Nicely appointed baths (with lovely scented soaps and large jetted tub in master), washer and TWO dryers, two fridges. Kitchen well-stocked with useful electric appliances (TWO coffee makers - loved that!). Best of all, communication, help, and support from our host owner was just excellent. Kind, thoughtful, and generous. Made the whole experience that much more rewarding!

The home is absolutely beautiful and located on such an expansive property! The nature there is so special with deer running through the yard. We also loved the proximity to the glaze meadow recreation center! Our host was so very communicative and helpful as we created the perfect retreat space for 11 women who gathered together.

We had a sibling get-together (with spouses). The main level was very open and spacious, which was perfect for gathering. We were all very comfortable. The place is clean and well-equipped. The surroundings are beautiful. The host, Dean, is very friendly and responsive.

We have been having family vacations at BBR (almost annually) for 48 years, and this, by far, is the best house that we have rented. It is spacious, ideally located (near Glaze Meadow pool and pickleball courts), and it is also secluded. When we arrived it was clean and neat; the kitchen is large and has everything needed to prepare meals. The new deck is stupendous for big family meals. The TV is Smart and the wifi worked perfectly. Dean and Annmarie are also the consummate hosts. And this 3-point buck greeted us almost every day. We will be back!

Tis was an excellent propery for our family. It was close to the Glaze Meadow pool and pickle ball courts. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. My only suggestion would be a larger BBQ.

Great central location with large deck to enjoy family meals. Had a small mishap but Dean was very responsive and got it corrected in a very short time

We've stayed at Black Butte Ranch many times, and this was one of our favorite homes thanks to its great location and spacious layout. We were a group of three families, six adults and six toddlers, and the house had more than enough room for everyone. The layout was toddler friendly and safe for kids as well.The home is in an ideal location right next to the Glaze Meadows pool, and the open garage and long driveway gave the kids a safe place to play and ride their bikes. There’s ample seating both inside and out on the deck, making mealtimes easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the basics needed for cooking.We had a few questions & issues during our stay, but the host was extremely responsive and helpful in getting things resolved quickly.The only downsides were that the bedding (pillows, sheets, etc) felt old/outdated and the price was a bit higher than similar properties, especially with the additional new BBR guest fee not included upfront unlike some other listings.Overall, this home worked really well for our group, and we'd happily stay here again!

This property was a perfect retreat for our family! The home was spacious, clean, and exactly as described online. The check-in process was smooth, and the property manager was incredibly responsive. The location is beautiful, surrounded by great scenery, making it ideal for a special family time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

This house was perfect for our large family including kids and grandkids. It was spacious, clean, well-stocked and in a great location. The hosts were very responsive and made sure all our needs were met. We are looking forward to staying there again in 2026!

Our 3 generation family group enjoyed our stay! The proximity to Glaze Meadow rec area is a real plus. The house has a/c and window treatments for the hot afternoon sun. The foosball table was a hit!

Great property in a convenient central location with plenty of room for our family. Lots of privacy, love the large deck and well supplied kitchen. The owner Dean always responded quickly when we had questions. We are repeat renters and have already booked for next summer!

This property is situated on a 2 1/2 acre lot, which provides much privacy. House was well-stocked with basic items. The house had 2 refrigerators, which is a BIG plus. (The owner needs to mention this in the write-up of the property). Also handy that there were 2 clothes dryers.

This house was perfect for our family and the location was ideal. It is so close to Glaze Meadow pools, tennis and pickleball courts, golf course, and easy access to bike paths. The house is very well equipped to handle large families. The owners are great and responded promptly each time I contacted them. Black Butte Ranch is such a family friendly resort area and this house was perfect for our family.

This home was well equipped and sized for our large family. It facilitated family meals inside or outside and great interactions with kids, teens and adults. The living room and game room were big hits! We loved that it was close to the community pool and recreation center too! Our host was easy to communicate as questions arose. This was a welcome and memorable vacation. Very enjoyable.

This has been our favorite home in Black Butte Ranch we have rented! Beautiful, quiet, private home. Located within a short walk to many great amenities (Pool, Golf, Bike Rentals)! The deck and entire home will make your family retreat special!
