Delightful Southampton Retreat with Heated Pool & Jacuzzi, Near Beach & Shopping

Very cozy place. I was on business trip and my fellow workers and we had a great stay. Definitely will stay again in the future Great communication with the host.

Host was generous in sending snacks for me and my boys.House was clean, had everything stocked. Great location.We will be back.

The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!

We arrived with no code being shared to enter the house, trash cans overturned in the driveway and the trash can on the deck full. Talked to the owner and he was very nice and sent a DoorDash delivery to make up do the tough start. Then the hot tub did not work and was freezing cold. Was assured his handyman would come and fix and that never happened. In addition we found plates with food on them in the cabinets. He again sent a DoorDash delivery and was very nice. The location is not good. The neighbors in front have very loud roosters that are loud throughout the day as well as neighbors with loud dogs. The driveway into the property is aiming a one car path. While the owner was certainly very nice and tried to make things right. It was simply not up to the standards we are use to when visiting the Hamptons

Our stay was incredible, with all of the amenities exceeding our expectations! The pool was bigger and more well heated than expected, and the ample pool floatie options were a great touch. Dave was a fantastic, responsive, and accommodating host. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The property was great! Dave was incredibly responsive and even went the extra mile by ordering books for my granddaughter’s Sweet 16, which we were there celebrating — such a thoughtful touch.The only real issue we experienced was the buildup of garbage bags that had been left behind by previous guests. Animals were getting into them at night. While this wasn’t the owner’s fault, having more than two garbage cans would definitely make things easier for guests.Also, on our last night, we prepared a big dinner using the outdoor barbecue for her celebration, and the sprinklers unexpectedly came on. Everyone had to scramble to keep our belongings and food from getting soaked. Not a huge problem, but it might be worth looking into for future guests.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the special touches!

Wonderful outdoor space and great pool. Host was responsive and property was close to all things needed and wanted! Great rental for families.

Dave (the host) was great at communicating - highly recommend staying for your next friends or family vacation. The backyard is beautiful, amazing pool, and a great location. Book for your next trip!

My friends and I stayed at this house for a few days around New Year's. The house is very spacious, and the grounds are lovely. We had a group of 5 and had lots of room to congregate and disappear if we needed alone time. The hot tub was exactly what some of us needed, while the kitchen provided others with much comfort. The one bummer was when we arrived; it looked like someone had just had a party outside so that first made for a bit of cleanup. That little bump shouldn't stop you from checking this property out, but it does get a knockdown from our rating.

Had the best girls weekend with old college roommates! The house is stunning and incredibly clean. Was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great location as well for checking out downtown, the beach, wineries, etc.

Our group of friends stayed at this house for a long weekend in October 2024. The house is just as good or better than the pictures in the listing. Very clean and updated inside and out. Most importantly, the bathrooms and kitchen are clean and updated. And the huge backyard with pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower takes this house to the next level. The backyard space is great for families, small groups, or anyone looking for a quiet private space to relax. The owner/manager was very responsive for any small issues that came up and all were resolved quickly. You'll want to stay here for your next trip to the Hamptons

Stunning house!!! This Southampton house is an amazing getaway with 5 bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The house is nice, clean and very well decorated. Everything about it is great. The house is equipped with everything you need, including washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The outside area is beautiful and spacious. The pool is great and the temperature was just right, the jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing at night and the outside shower is literally the best shower ever. They also have an outside grill and bar, which was perfect for our barbecue! The deck is perfect for night gatherings and s’more’s (they have an amazing gas fire pit). The hosts were very helpful, had a great communication and that made our stay even better. I am definitely coming back soon!

My fiancée and I took a trip here with other couples and friends of ours. The house was very spacious and offered many places to sleep. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was beautiful and spacious, we enjoyed swimming in the pool and using the hot tub.

Our stay at this property was amazing! Dave and his wife were responsive all weekend. The Vrbo was exactly as described and was equipped with everything we would have needed for the weekend including towels, beach supplies, and all house supplies! We could have spent our entire time outside by the pool and hot tub, it was beautifully set up! Thank you for hosting us, my friends and I had a great stay. We can’t wait to come back to the Hamptons!

Perfect place to stay will friends or family. Conveniently located close to all things Southampton/ Water Mill. The backyard and pool are private and beautiful. Would love to book this rental again.
