Deauville Cottage — A deluxe Rosemary hideaway w/pool and easy beach access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week after Christmas with family and friends. We loved this property! It fit our family well with plenty of room and places to hang out. At that time of year the weather can sometimes be a little iffy and the house was very comfortable for an afternoon of games and movies when the weather didn't cooperate outside. The management company was very responsive. The kitchen was very well stocked for all our cooking needs. We plan to return soon!

Kitchen was well stocked. Cookware was nice. Grill worked great. Plunge pool was perfect for cooling off and lovely to look at.

The stay at the Deauville Cottage was excellent! Very very close to the town of Rosemary Beach and to walkover D (if you're planning to do the beach chairs/umbrella rentals).The kitchen is well-stocked, and the photos of the house accurately represent the house! The living room furniture was a bit worn/dirty, and there's not too much living room seating if you go with a big group, but that is minor for an overall great house and amazing location with access to the private beach and 3 Rosemary Beach community pools (both require access cards). To note: pool is small but nice to have, there are no beach towels in the house, and there's a chance that another group will be renting the adjacent carriage house, which would be good to confirm before you book in case you don't want anyone else sharing the garage / courtyard / pool area.

Only downside were the smaller backyard and pool, and having different guests staying in the guesthouse above the garage. That part made us feel slightly uneasy and we weren’t sure if we were supposed to be sharing the backyard and pool.

Worked well for our family - my husband & me (the grandparents), two sons and their wives, and 2 grandchildren. Loved having the 3 king master bedrooms on 2nd floor and kids room on third floor. We had the pool heated and it was just perfect.

We were very happy with how well stocked the home is as we made most of our meals in the property. This property includes all of the items our part of 8 needed for the week. I will also add that the team at 30A Luxury Vacations is 5-stars as well. We never had any issues but every time we had a question or needed help they were there for us.
