House was cozy and close to everything! Thank you for the amazing stay!

Wow! This was absolutely an amazing property. My daughter is a huge fan of the show “Nashville“. She did not know we were going to be staying at Deacon‘s house! She was so excited. There were so many extras at the house it made it very special, from Moon pies, a sleep mask, robes, even drawers that had the extras in case you forgot something. The shower in the master bedroom was absolutely amazing! I am so in love with the kitchen. I’m using some of the ideas when I remodel mine. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Great communication with the host and everything went very smooth. We will definitely stay here again.

I appreciated being able to walk downtown and also the nice stores nearby in the neighborhood.

Historic old home with modern/updated kitchen and baths. Beautiful interior with quirky sloping hardwood floors and old fashioned touches. The management company does a fantastic job, providing EVERYTHING you could possibly need during your stay. Location in East Nashville is minutes from downtown (*Great view of the city skyline if you stand in the street in front of home at night*). We met some neighbors while sitting on the porch every evening, and the neighborhood is quaint and safe. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nashville!!

Loved the location. Broadway is within walking distance. The shower is amazing. Just wish there were some blankets for the living room. Kitchen was also impressive.

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of on-street parking. We were able to walk some restaurants but took a short Uber to Broadway. The kitchen was great! We spent the majority of our time around the large island. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Deacon's House was perfect for our girlfriend's getaway in Nashville. The property managers definitely know how to do their job. So many nice touches upon arrival. The location was great for us - close to Broadway, walkable to Five Points, plenty of street parking. The living room offered plenty of seating for chatting at the end of the day. The kitchen was next level amazing with an island with plenty of seating for morning coffee. There's a nice backyard, too. Don't hesitate to book this place.

This is a great property. It is close to downtown Nashville. The modern kitchen was well-stocked and a great place to gather. It has a double dishwasher, double oven, separate ice maker, wine frig and large side-by-side refrigerator. The bathrooms were very clean and had many nice extras. The air conditioning was adjustable which was needed since temps were always in the 90’s. It’s a short drive to The Grand Opry from this home. I would highly recommend this lovely place. It is perfect for 2 couples’.

Excellent place to stay! It’s on the quiet side of town but you can also enjoy Broadway with a 7 minute Lyft or uber ride. The house is nice and cozy with extra amenities. The host was also very informative and easy to communicate with. You won’t be disappointed.!!

We loved Deacon's house! Perfect for our needs while in town for AC/DC. The concert was delayed by a day, but thankfully we were able to quickly contact the host and extend our stay. They made everything so easy!! Morning coffee on the front porch swing highly recommended! So enjoyed our stay!

This place was perfect for a home away from home stay. It’s has all the things you’ll ever need and then some. Location is perfect for Nashville, you can walk, uber or drive your on car, whichever you prefer. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We will definitely be renting this house again! Thanks,

Awesome location with an easy walk to Nissan Stadium. The home offered everything we needed with lots of extras!

The house was perfect and had everything we needed and was in a great location. Short walk to Nissan Stadium. About a mile to Broadway or East Nashville (which had lots of great and unexpected places to eat and drink)!

Nice house, quite location.. Very nice bathrooms, particularly shower in primary BR. Overall, a positive experience.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very comfortable and clean. We used both Uber and Lyft to get around. It was nice to stay in a house where we all had room to stretch out and not all be in the same room at the same time. Would recommend Deacons House 10 out of 10

Deacons house was a fun stay. Small and cozy and in a great centralized location. Everything is just a short distance away. Highly recommended this stay.

We loved staying in this house. The location made it really easy to get to everything we wanted to do and see. The house was comfortable and homey and a great place to chill during our down time. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

We came to Nashville to see a Vikings/Titans game. The house and location were great. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. The neighborhood was also great. We walked downtown and to the game on Sunday. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great experience! I was first drawn to the house because it was featured as Deacon’s house on the tv series, Nashville. But it not only “famous” but very nice and cozy! The location was great; far enough from downtown that you weren’t bothered by the noise but close enough that you could get anywhere quickly! And that SHOWER!!! Oh my, I could’ve just lived in there during the vacation! Thank you for a great experience and location for this first time Nash visitor!!

House was very nice. Location central to many activities. Great extended weekend with family and friends!

Comfortable house to hang out and enjoy. We walked to the stadium for the game and if you don't want to walk downtown, the ride share is very cheap. Kitchen has nice upgrades and was great for the little cooking we did. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There was plenty of space and the location was relaxing and peaceful.
