Dayton Family Home w/ Game Room: Walk to City Park

Super clean, super friendly managment, very well rwnovated and organised space, awesome pool and the bonus of the game room. This house had everything we needed for our 10 day stay in Dayton Ohio. The fact that it is in a walking distance to a park and a large shopping center was also really beneficial. I highly recommend staying in this house when in Dayton Ohio.

My husband and I loved this property. It was lovely and comfortable. The home was spacious and very family-friendly.One observation: there is a school around the corner, and the pick-up/drop-off line runs right in front of the home. Therefore, if you stay Monday-Friday while school is in session, it can be challenging to leave the driveway, especially in the morning. The home itself was very clean and comfortable; however, I rated the cleanliness a 4/5 due to pet excrement found in the backyard. We understand that spring is the time when missed messes are found; therefore, it did not affect our enjoyment.

We had a great stay here while visiting the area. The location was great, so close to May shops and restaurants and things to do. The place was clean and well equipped. Well stay again when we visit our daughter at Cedarville.

Work Trip nice place to relax

The house was clean and newly renovated. The pool and the garage games (pool table etc) was a highlight for our family. Would recommend and stay again.

The stay would have been 5 stars but upon check-in they had a crew there working around the yard mowing and in the pool area from 4pm and trimming the bushes, etc. So we drove by and decided to get dinner and come back. When we got back around 5:30/6, they were still there working until 7:30. If they would have done the pool area first instead of the yard we could have used it while they were still there, but they chose to do the pool area at the end. The owner was not willing to compensate us for not being able to fully use the property at check-in time and only offered a bottle of wine and snacks dropped off which we begrudgingly accepted over nothing. Having that not done before check-in is no different than having the cleaning people still there at check-in time, which would be unacceptable. When you a rent a VRBO, you are supposed to get full access at check-in time. My daughter and wife were rather upset we couldn't really use the pool on day 1 and had minimal time with it at all before my daughter's bedtime. Maybe just some bad luck and timing by them and their yard crew but still left a sour taste first thing.Besides that, the rest of the stay went off as smooth as possible and the property was just as advertised.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as shown, very clean, and we enjoyed the pool and game room very much. The manager was so helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended home and host!
