Stayed Feb 22, 2024We needed a clean 2 bedroom place so we could go through the museum over 2 or 3 days. The house was perfect for our needs and right across the street from the museum. It was easy check in, clean, lots of TVs with Roku and kitchen properly supplied. I would recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay was great, everything exactly like stated, no surprises. We had booked it in September and were looking forward to going to the National Air Force Museum on New Years Eve. The museum was right across the street and was fabulous. We were also in a short driving distance to each of the other sites we visited- location was so convenient. We would definitely stay again if we're ever in Dayton.

Stayed Apr 29, 2022The house was in a very quiet and safe community. I loved the air base across the street and seeing the cool planes from the house. We were not there for pleasure so I wasn't able to tour the museum. That was a bummer, but under the circumstances it wasn't possible.

Many amenities to include washer, dryer, essential kitchen appliances just to name a few. The living room provides comfortable seating for relaxation. Stayed Oct 17, 2025The view of the museum was such a hit for our kids who sat on the front porch late at night with no issues. The private drive made it nice to load and unload. Kitchen fully stocked. Rooms and beds clean and stocked with plenty of bedding. Game area in basement and multiple TVs made this the perfect landing spot between soccer tournament games. If you’re attending a big soccer tournament, this house is centrally located to all complexes. Security code specific to guest which made me feel safe knowing nobody else had a current code. Communication from owner timely.

Stayed Aug 26, 2025This small house is conveniently located if you plan to visit the museum. Our family of four adults stayed there. Beds were good with foam pillows. Bathroom is small with some age showing, but everything worked fine, and shampoo, conditioner and body soap is provided in small cupboard behind bathroom door. Gerald the owner was excellent in communicating with us. One of the best VRBO owners we’ve had in this regard. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of convenient parking. We did find the basement light on upon arrival, which we thought was eerie, but Gerald explained the switch was broken. Gave us a good laugh!

Stayed Mar 11, 2025This cute little house was very homey and comfortable after a long day at competition. It’s literally right across the street from the Air Force Museum, which made our next day returning to the museum, a very quick one. Stayed Dec 6, 2024This was perfect location for our stay. We had a wedding to attend and it was a quick wkend trip. We had trouble with booking via vrbo site itself and the owner was great to work with over that. The kids enjoyed the game room, the train nearby didn’t sound as close as it was and wasn’t a problem for us . This was perfect location for our stay. The airforce museum is right accross the street , and Pettitbon coffee is like a mile down the road (highly recommend). We would stay here again.

Stayed Nov 14, 2024An older home so not new and modern, the wood floors are creaky, but that didn’t bother us. Bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture. Our request for more towels was taken care of promptly. Ice maker was jammed, so not working and we let the owner know. We stayed 2 nights and were booked for 3, but decided to pack up and leave after dinner on the 3rd night We only live an hour away and had some impending medical issues in a couple days. Owner is very responsive to communications and responds promptly. He is even going to mail us the phone charger my husband left behind. Above and beyond.

Stayed Oct 22, 2024This charming older home is very conveniently located directly across from the entrance to the US Air Force Museum in a quiet neighborhood. You can stand on the porch and look over at historic planes on the museum grounds. Painted bright cheerful blue with yellow door, it could not be easier to find. While there is a driveway, we found it so convenient to park on the blacktop across the street. It's like they made the street extra wide just for pull-in parking. There are no houses across the street, hence the uninterrupted view of the museum. We could get to all the Wright brothers' sites easily as well as the Dayton Art Institute and a several brew pubs. The house has excellent WiFi and two televisions. While I didn't cook in the kitchen, I did make coffee in the Mr. Coffee but the host also provided a Keurig with pods. I just happened to have brought drop supplies. I thought the aviation artwork on the walls was a nice touch and the leather sofas were especially comfortable. There were games, books and puzzles. The host was prompt in communications. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Oct 8, 2024This cute little house is exactly as listed. Was across the highway from the USAF Museum with parking in the gated driveway. Had everything you need and was very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable but the only issue I had was that the bed was very low to the floor and if you've got bad knees it's a little difficult but that in no way detracts from the house itself.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024The blue house is easy to find and it’s set off a quiet neighborhood road right across from the Air Force museum. My kids ages 6 and 4 loved having books they could read and some games like Uno available for us. The best part was watching them discover how to play ping pong and air hockey for the first time at the house. We had a nice couple nights enjoying the front porch after the kids went to bed we will book this again when we visit the museum!
