Was a lovely place to stay, found the home and furnishing to be comfortable and cosy. Loved the location as close enough to walk (up hill on the way home) but far enough out to feel secluded.

Loved the location. It says sleeks 10. That isn’t so. The longer area even for 4 people was inadequate it was a cheap uncomfortable couch that only sat 3 So with 8 on a cold night you don’t enjoy all watching movies in front of tv Bathroom doors didn’t lock Not enough cutlery or crockery or platters for large groups .. good location comfortable beds but could do with a revamp with couches and the way it’s set out should switch around . But please get rid of those awful couches / chairs things and get a large comfy couch for all.

We loved our stay, the location, king sized beds, fireplaces, and proximity to the gardens. Access road should be improved - we got stuck in the loose deep gravel

Fairly good property. Not much maintenance has been done. Great location. Agents friendly and obliging but not effective at doing what they said they would.

Great house for a larger group of 7. Spacious bedrooms and great kitchen/dining area. Outdoor area while quite appeal was not used as its not covered and the weather did not permit(covering would make it more functional and a fire pit would be great). While close to town the climb back up the hill is a workout.

As a relax, think and eat retreat for 4 this was a perfect place. We enjoyed using all the beautiful spaces The lounge area, all the fabulous outside spaces. Breakfast out on the deck tables , working outside on our laptops, sunset drinks on the deck table, relaxing in the back area under the cool trees. But when the weather was dodgy inside had plenty of space for us to sit and enjoy. The rooms were great for all of us, bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. A couple of minute drive to main st. A fun walk - but beware of the hill on the way up! It’ll test your legs. The property managers were incredibly helpful both Pre trip and during the trip. The atmosphere of the house is just perfect for a friend or family trip. The closeness of the botanical gardens - literally right behind the house was the place for walks. We’d all recommend this house as a great getaway. Just an accessibility note - this property has over 30 steps to access the house, then an internal staircase, so if you do have challenges with this, then acccessibilty could be an issue.
