As a pet owner, it can be challenging to find accommodations that welcome furry friends, but this house was perfect. One of my favorite features was the cute fireplace in the living room. It added a wonderful touch of warmth and charm, making the evening especially cozy and relaxing.     A lovely weekend with family members in an ideal location close to town and just enough for our old doggie to meander up for a coffee. The garden and cottage were lovely and the weather was finally kind to us

    This property is beautifully furnished and presented. We felt at home right away. It was immaculately clean, and has very comfortable beds with quality linen. Central heating kept it all so cosy we did not bother with the fireplace, but it is all set up if you love to relax by one. Easy walking distance to the main street and lake. Property managers very responsive and available if needed. Highly recommend, and would return in a heartbeat!

    Unfortunately i had not realised the house was not all one level..there is a high step down from the dining/lounge to the kitchen..i misjudged the step and to break my fall and not go head on into the kitchen island..jarred my knee pulling a tendon..ended up.on crutches..unfortuately to get to bedroom after this happened caused a few issues as well as being able to have a shower..spent most of my timelaid up on the couch while rest of family got a bit of sight seeing in. House is not designed for any mobility or disability isssues.. Otherwise a lively house.
