This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. Stayed Nov 13, 2025Only giving 5 stars because 6 stars isn't an option. This experience was 11/10! The theme and decor fit perfectly with the neighborhood, the list of recommendations made readily available was top tier, and overall accommodations were exceptional. The owner was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always let us know he was nearby in case anything was needed. If ever in Wilmington again, I would 100% book this place again!

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Absolutely wonderful! The Davy Jones Loft was awesome! It was exactly like the pictures. The beds were cozy and the pull out couch gave us plenty of room to lounge. Great amenities, close to everything. Nice quiet little neighborhood. My kids were requesting to come back! Host was super responsive and great to work with.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Our stay at Davy Jones loft was perfect! The location is great for downtown Wilmington and the beach. Everything was clean and we had all that we needed. It was really nice to have the yard for our dog and a nice outdoor space to hangout! We would absolutely stay here again.
