Absolutely great property in a gated community, the entire neighborhood was quiet,quick walk to the beach via private bridge, the kitchen had everything you needed for your stay and check in process was super easy! I would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood is awesome with lots of friendly people! Very reasonable rates that are well worth the price! Good view of the ocean and plenty of ducks, turtles and fish to watch below the deck! The only issue we had was with the weather, but we still had a great time. Family and friends for Thanksgiving. We cast a couple of lines into the pond and caught two small fish and a turtle (all catch and release). A gated community a little further out from the noise and bustle, suited our needs just fine. Cobb even helped us to rent a golf cart, which also worked out just great. We will be back in the future.

Cobb Real Estate really stepped up in helping me pick the best spot for our family and fur babies. Close walk or cart ride to the beach and quick drive to the ferry or to Crystal Beach. Right on a canal for some leisure fishing or just sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean sounds. We'd definitely come back!
