Cutest Cottage Steps from the Beach - All Linens and Towels Provided!

Great location for my daughter’s wedding which was just across the street from the Venue. The little cottage was spacious and clean. Not much outdoor space but that wasn’t a need of ours. My only negative was the beds. All 3 rooms had squeaky hard beds. Other than that it met our needs.

Great location, very close to the ocean front and all the fun stuff. As described, the cottage is very cute! Nicely furnished and stocked with little extras that make the stay super easy. Beds were super comfortable; we all slept like babies!

The place is just perfect!! Its clean, quiet, so close to food, shopping, and the beach. We walked everywhere and had plenty to do. We really enjoyed our stay so much! The house is so cute and the perfect size for friends or families. Everything worked great and the instructions were easy to follow. I didnt meet the owners but their communication was great! We are definitely happy with our stay here and would come back.

The location of this property is phenomenal! If you want to walk to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk, shops, etc…. this is the location you want! Adorable cottage is just as the listing describes. My husband and I enjoyed our time with our daughter and 6yo grandson. He keeps asking when we can go back to the little purple house! Communications with the host were quick and pleasant.

Wonderful little house!

We enjoyed the property. It was comfortable, cute, and affordable for a three bedroom. There’s no view from the house, but it was a short walk to the beach, the boardwalk, and some nice little restaurants. When we first got there, the hosts seemed a little disorganized. We didn’t initially receive the email with the door key code, so I had to contact the hosts. The instructions said to contact them if the email was not received a few days ahead of time, so it was my bad for not contacting them earlier. We went inside and it hadn’t been cleaned. However, the hosts were very apologetic for the key code and for the room not being cleaned. They had a cleaning lady there within about 15 minutes, so we went out to dinner and it was clean when we got back. The cleaning staff did a good job, so once that was all taken care of our weekend went exactly as planned. We don’t know why the room wasn’t ready, but the hosts handled it well and I would stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! Since it was my first time visiting I had several questions which were promptly answered and helpful. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely be visiting Carolina Beach again and would stay in the Cutest Cottage!

Clean, good communication from owners

This cottage looks small but feels big. Very comfortable for our group of four. It is perfectly located for an easy walk to the beach or the boardwalk and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.The hosts were very easy to contact and very responsive to a small issue we encountered.

This 3BR, 2BA home is right across the street from Kate's Pancake House! It's also easily within walking distance to the Boardwalk and the beach. Two rolls of toilet paper were provided in each bathroom. It is an older home, but it was worth the price that we paid. The beds weren't plush, but they weren't hard as rocks either. Our group slept well all four nights. Really, the only negative thing that I would say about the home is that the concrete steps at the front door need to be replaced, because the distance between the top step and the threshold of the door is quite a bit. It could be a problem for some older folks. Overall, nice property.

I have stayed at this property numerous times, and each visit is a delight. The owners continue to make updates and refresh bedding/decor each time I visit. It's so convenient to so many attractions and delicious dining options and it's a quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this cute cottage over the weekend. Our daughter graduated from UNCW and it was wonderful. We celebrated her and were able to walk to the beach, boardwalk and to eat. Perfect location!

This cottage was just perfect for our family vacation this year. We had a hard 6 months this get away was needed. The Host was awesome she answered questions never made me feel like a bother. Just great!!

We stayed in this cute little cottage for 4 nights. The house is exactly as described and feels much more spacious than the outside appears. The house was very clean, the check in and check out process were super easy. Keyless entry eliminated and issue with keeping up with keys. The owners are incredibly sweet and easy to deal with...and respond quickly to any inquiries. The location is perfect if you are the type to park your vehicle and not drive any more until its time to go home. Easy 1 block walk to the beach, multiple restaurants and bars within a 2 block radius. Our favorite restaurant by far was Havana...a must to check out. 10/10 and already planning for another trip!

Nice place. Only real negative was the steps at the entry. The big step-up is a concern for someone with knee or back issues.

We really enjoyed our short spring break getaway. The house was walking distance to everything we needed, so we didn’t have to drive anywhere during our stay, which was especially nice. It had everything we needed as well. The cooking pans are old and need to be replaced, and the house could have been cleaned better. That is the only reason I am giving the house 4 stars instead of five. We will definitely stay here again.

Location of property to a great coffee shop, restaurant, beach and awesome dive bar was great. The house itself was clean and cozy with included parking spots.

Perfect little place to stay if you plan to visit the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance. I didn't encounter any problems during my stay. It was a clean, cozy and comfortable visit.

Interior was very clean and updated. Had all the supplies we needed. Jen , the owner, responded to a WiFi issue within 20 minutes .

The house is beautiful and in a great location. We booked for 5 days. The first and second day 20+ inches of rain fell. One for the record books. Our cars almost floated away. Garbage was floating everywhere. Sewer system stopped working. For our safety we had to leave on day 2 of our 5 night booking. The owners were exceptional. They kept us informed about the storm as the internet and cable were out. We will definitely stay there again. The only complaint is that VRBO refunded us for the time we were (2 nights)there but still charged us for the 3 nights that we couldn’t stay. Thanks to the great owners.

House was great and exactly what we needed for a short beach getaway. Very close to the beach (only a block away). Parking was provided and nice (right in front of the house). The house was very clean and modern.

Great location for a fun family summer vacation!

Our family enjoyed everything about this house! Just a short walk to the beach and other attractions! My son loved going across the street to the Pancake House! So convenient! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed..loved the stainless steel pots and pans! Jenn and Jeff were great to work with and we would definitely stay here again!
