Stayed Aug 9, 2025The house wasn’t a perfect location. Very close to the beach, the boardwalk, and downtown. Quiet Street with ample parking at the house. The outdoor shower was a great feature, especially since we had a four, five, and seven year-old. It was easy to shower them off before going into the house so we didn’t track sand in. We tried showering at the beach access Shower, but it was so much easier to do it at the house. The amenities at the house were great, plenty of room for all of us. The children’s games were wonderful and the two older girls learned to play Monopoly. They loved it. I would highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a place to stay in point Pleasant.

Stayed Jun 9, 2021Our family had a wonderful time in Point Pleasant Beach. The house had everything we needed for our family and the beach and boardwalk were a block away. There was plenty of parking and the front porch was a favorite hang out spot. Kaitlin promptly answered any inquiries and we are already planning a stay here next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property was absolutely perfect! We had a group of 13 and not only were all able to sleep comfortably, there were an abundant amount of linens and towels for us to use! Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Will 100% be back to rent from Caitlyn!
