Stayed Mar 22, 2025Loved this place! Very cute and homey! We were very comfortable and everything was easy. Loved the coffee bar and the snacks! It was so thoughtful! We were at dance competitions all day and it was great to be able to grab a snack or 4 off the counter! Thank you so much!

Stayed Sep 21, 2025The house was clean and inviting. Neighborhood was quiet. Host was easy to contact and easy to work with when I had a special request. We stayed here for a college visit for my daughter. If she decides to attend MTSU, we would definitely book again for a visit.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025A very nice home in nice neighborhood. Close to The World Outreach Church, which was the reason for our coming to TN. Clean home and welcoming feel and Megan, the owner, was very nice and responsive to our questions.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025Overall it was good. The size of the property was a little misleading. The upstairs bathroom was very small. Our AC didn’t work on the first night, but the host was very responsive and it was better on night 2. There were a few bugs that we cleaned up, but didn’t put too much stake in that as that can happen in any house. The workers next door were very loud by 8 am on Sunday morning, but we were leaving so it did not bother us much. Could be an issue for others though. Also the street it is on is very dark. Again though, overall good. Thanks.

Stayed Jan 19, 2025Only stayed 1 night as we were helping our son get moved back in to MTSU. Very nice stay, very clean and very close to MTSU. Quiet street. Coffee bar and snacks were appreciated! Great communication with owners. Will definitely stay here again when we come to see our son.

Stayed May 2, 2024We came to town for MTSU’s graduation. This house has been renovated and it’s so cute! Megan was super responsive and even left us snacks and waters in the frig which was great after a long day of traveling. Would definitely stay here again!!
