Stayed Jan 17, 2026Great home for a girls trip- far enough away that we didn't have too much noise other than neighbors coming home after partying. Right up the street from Frenchman St, a bit of a further trek to the French Quarter, and we found ourselves Ubering with our 75yo guest about 1/2 the time. Overall clean, comfortable beds.

Stayed Nov 10, 2025Our stay was fabulous. Rooms were very clean with extra towels, paper products, toiletries, and cleaning suplies. Plenty of comfortable beds. Kitchen stocked with plates, glasses, cookware etc. Location was wonderful. One block from a grocery store, Frenchmen street (music & restaurants) and the streetcar (get the Jazzy pass!!!). Short walk to Jackson Square, Decatur Street & Bourbon Street (all fabulous places for food, drink, entertainment, shopping etc.). As with any big city, there were rat citings periodically by the patio, but that shouldn't deter you from staying here. Communication with the owner was helpful and timely, they were always very responsive (before and during our stay). We even got to store our packed luggage in the home after check out until we left for our flight. All and all, this is a wonderful property!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025This house was very accommodating! It had everything we needed. We arrived hours before actual check-in time, but we were able to drop off our bags inside and allowing us to explore a bit and have a nice lunch in the quarter. The location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do this time in NOLA.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025The cottage is in a great location. Easy walking to Frenchmen St and French Quarter. So many places to eat and hear music. The cottage was very clean. AC really worked well and it was hot and humid and needed. Everyone had a queen or king bed, very comfortable. I know there is not much that can be done but the kitchen cabinets are high and fortunately one of us is tall. We left our corkscrew. More wine glasses please!Had a great time. Would highly recommend the place. Thank you. Wonderful memories.

Stayed Dec 2, 2024This property was everything I'd hoped for, clean, charming, roomy and comfortable. The location is close to bus stops for getting around. Near Frenchmen street, and places to eat. Even a Walgreens within a short walking distance. Well appointed, towels and bedding are plentiful and soft. The mattresses and pillows are heavenly. The host is very communicative, definitely recommend.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024This house is so charming! We loved the neighborhood and felt completely safe there. Loretta's pralines just down on the corner from the house had the best beignets in the city! The house is perfectly located to everything. The A/C kept us comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the house was super clean. The check in and out process was easy. The property manager was super responsive. The street for us was quiet. Some said it was loud, but we had no issues with noise. We had a very fun and pleasant experience. We are a married couple that traveled with our 17 year old daughter. There was plenty for her to do even close to the rental! Thank you for opening your home to us! If we ever are in the area again we will rebook!

Stayed Jun 9, 2024This is a great location far enough from Bourbon street to be quiet and close enough to walk. It’s very close to the jazz clubs on Frenchmen street. The ac kept us comfortable. Internet worked fine, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms had good water pressure. You are basically a block away from a small grocery store which was super handy. Lastly, the off street parking can’t be beat. We had a bronco sport rental and that fit. Longer cars would be fine, but a wider suv might be too tight. I’m not sure. But it was nice knowing parking wasn’t an issue as we drove around some days. Loved it.

Stayed May 24, 2024This property was incredibly charming, and walking distance to a lot of our favorite places---Decatur, Jackson Square, Frenchmen St bars. It was a little difficult to get a good night's sleep as cars drove by, especially around 2-3am when the bars closed, with very loud, thumping bass. People walking by on the sidewalk talking sound like they are in the house with you. If I stayed here again I would bring a noise machine, perhaps noise canceling headphones, to help drown out some of the lesser sounds.
