Cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath bright cottage with an enclosed front porch in the heart of the Pier. Within walking distance to Narragansett Town Beach, shops, restaurants, and seawall. One mini-split for a/c located in the living room.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

My husband and I enjoyed the house and especially the location of the cottage in the pier. We were able to bike to the bike path and run along the wall and ocean every day. The house needs a little updating and has a wet basement but overall it suited our desires for a summer vacation.
