Loved my stay here! It was a great way to relax in nature. The hot tub and firepit were great after a long day of hiking. Everything was nice and nicely decorated. Can't wait to come again!
Rental process was simple through VRBO
I have to say that everything about the place was amazing and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Location was perfect (bar and ice cream walking distance). Straight shot to Lake Placid. Hot Tub was clean, grill fired up quickly, fire pit was used twice, and everyone enjoyed their stay! Definitely want to come back during the winter as well.
Nice place, good location
This house suited our group of 7 quite comfortably. It was clean and the location was great!
Cabin and surrounding property were very relaxing and the location was convenient for kayaking on the West Branch Ausable River and only 15 minutes from Lake Placid. Hot tub and fire pit were very enjoyable.
Everything was great except it wasn’t that clean
My younger son got diagnosed with Covid-19 on the day of our departure and we couldn't go. Steve the property Manager, was very understanding and kindly reimbursed me for the renting cost.
The cabin has an amazing fireplace and trails out back. There is a stream right through the property that is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked save no wine glasses (two plastic ones only). The two queen beds have really bad mattresses- they are a rock hard foam I think that caves into the middle through the night so you have a bit of a struggle to get out. We really enjoyed our stay and brought two dogs.
Nice comfortable place. Quiet location but close to Whiteface, Lake Placid and Olympic venues.
