Custom 5 BR, 3.5 Bath Home Near Eagle River (Free Pontoon for 2026 Open Weeks)

This is a beautiful new house on a gorgeous lake. Kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed. We had a family of 11 doing our annual family reunion trip upnorth, and this was a great house to get together to make memories in. There were two bedrooms on the lowest level, which was great for a family member with mobility issues. The other family member that has mobility issues did get up to the main floor, and then got to use the beautiful main floor suite with walk in shower. We LOVED having two full size fridges in the house, and the convenience of being able to rent a pontoon boat directly from the property owner, versus having to do that separately. My youngest son wished there would have been less lilly pads in the swimming area, but maybe in the future there might be less of those. The location is pretty peaceful and the lake is nice and quiet. We boated to two bars/restaurants on the lakes and had a great time. We hope to come back in the future.

We booked our first ever family vacation with children & grandkids and it was perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere of the home. Attention to detail was evident everywhere and the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. There was room to spread out on the main level and in the game room below. It never felt crowded. The area was secluded and providing a great spot for our vacation. We spent our days enjoying the spectacular water access and water toys provided which was ideal for all kinds of activities. Whether we were fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, or swimming, the lake offered something for everyone in our group. The pontoon rental was a fantastic addition, giving us the freedom to explore the lake and take in everything the lake had to offer. It exceeded our expectations, provided the perfect place for relaxation and adventure, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

No complaints. Property and owner were both excellent. Would recommend.

Our stay on Lake Buckatabon was wonderful. The place was very accommodating for 10 people. Very fresh and clean. Lots amenities to use. Kitchen had all the necessities and beyond.

Our stay at the Overlook Bay Home was excellent. The host was very helpful and responsive. The home was beautiful and perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well cared for. The pontoon boat worked out great for our family.
