Stayed Apr 18, 2024It was ver hard to get into the garage because the neighbors were blocking and the place to get into is very small and dark. Very unsafe when arriving at night.

Stayed May 16, 2025Not only was this the best group trip ever, but this house was incredible and everything you could think of beautifully designed and extremely clean! The roof top was great, the beds were so comfortable, it was a super quick Uber/Lyft away from everywhere we wanted to go, it really just felt like home.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025House was roomy, nice and met all of our needs. However, what was available in cookware was old and worn out. Plenty of plates and bowls, but only 6 forks. Also, there were no extra towels and we were only given two per bedroom, so we had to use a dirty towel after every shower. Overall nice, just needs a few items to make the stay better.

Stayed Jan 29, 2025The house could use some TLC, just a lot of loose door handles and ceiling fans that made noises. Biggest complaint was the wash machine wasn't usable, the entire soap dispenser was completely molded. Other than those minor items the location was great & liked the alley access for parking so we didn't have to park on the street.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024Location was good, and we had a good time; however, after arriving at the property, we found the door to the rooftop space was open and could not be closed or locked. One gate could not be closed or locked while the other gate had the latch on the outside, allowing anyone access to the entry door. Several loose screws on doors, handles, towel racks, and toilet paper holders. Walls were in need of paint. What could have been a beautiful home

Stayed Jul 21, 2024Beautiful home, spacious , the pictures do not do it justice. Nestled within steps to music row. Suprisingly close to projects. The 2nd and 3rd floor air never worked the whole week. VRBO project management was very quick to send someone out every day. The upstairs was 90 degrees and oppressive to sleep. HVAC always shared that owner did not want to invest in a fix because it was costly. My trip was costly. There should have been a portable ac unit or some type of fix offered. We changed our flights and left a day early. VRBO worked with the owner who refunded us a fair portion of our money.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024The check in was horrible with incorrect info. Have to check in through the garage which is on alley with many homeless folks that appear to live in alley as well. Never did get the code to the front door do we coujd access through the front door, instead had to walk through neighbors areas to alley when dropped off by Uber each time. As Uber woukd not stop in alley. Air conditioning was broke upstairs and we called and when ac contractor came he said they knew it was broken prior to our stay and they had shut breaker off. Never was repaired. I understand repairs but just should have let us know prior to opt out or offer a reduced rate. Stains on carpets ( I have photos) and marks on walls etc. overall not at all as was represented other then the good location

Stayed Jun 14, 2024Front Door not able to enter, kitchen door handle I repair felt off. also, bottom floor bathroom handles very loose. Not enough towels, Chaise Lounge broken. I will not go back especially how much I pay for the weekend.
