The idyllic villa with Art Deco style elements features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a large living-dining area with an open kitchen and a spacious balcony. From the living area and the balcony, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding flora and the sea. All bedrooms offer direct garden access. The garden features a large terrace with 3 dining areas, a living area, a small swimming pool for refreshing and playing (4.50 mx 3.50 m), a ping pong table and a pool kitchen with barbeque, hotplates, microwave oven, fridge, coffee-maker, juicer and dishwasher. There is also a very large trampoline as well as a slack line hidden behind the tangerine tree and the laurel bushes. Behind the house, you will find a small boules court and more outdoor games are at your disposal.
The completely renovated villa is located in a private luxury residential area with sea pines, bougainvilleas, olive trees, oleanders and cacti, 900 meters from the beach, 5 minutes from Antibes city center and 15 minutes from the well-known beach promenade and shopping streets of Cannes.
The majestic sea pines, which numerous birds, squirrels and cicadas have selected as their home, provide pleasant shade and refreshing freshness. After a wonderful day at the beach, coast or city, it is a privilege to retreat to the shade of nature.
