Within the mid-age city walls, in one of the – if not THE – prettiest flower-surrounded small alleys of the Vieux Ville, just a few minutes’ walking distance away from the beaches “Gravette” and “Salis”, the “Remparts” or the famous “Marché Provencial”, the around 200 year old, luxury renovated town house Maison Magie d´Antibes is located, ready to welcome its sun-seeking guests all day long with peace, warmth and a wonderful sea view.
And it succeeds thanks to its huge, comfortable and elegantly furnished two spacious terraces which allow an incomparable view far over the sea, the Cap d'Antibes and the old town to the – in winter – snowy French Alps. With their enormous sizes of more than 12 m2 resp. 20 m2, these two terraces are among the largest and most beautiful ones in Antibes.
During an intensive phase of renovation in 2022/2023, this authentic townhouse was equipped with every imaginable luxury, with particular attention being paid to the local conditions and architectural styles.
The fully air-conditioned Maison Magie d´Antibes consists of 4 levels plus the top terrace. Each individual level of the home offers unique unit and associated functionality beyond any imagination:

Entrance: The Art of Hospitality
Antibes – and especially its historic center – cultivates hospitality in unparalleled manner. You will experience this everywhere and anytime during your stay. At Maison Magie d´Antibes this experience begins with the first sight of the entrance. Where one might have expected a door, you rather find a statement, reflecting cultivated taste through its ornaments, providing the feeling of safety through its massive oak construction, and extending a warm “bienvenue” through the invitingly wide portal: Hospitality as integral part of Southern French living style.

The Studio: Where comfort and convenience start
This bedroom on the ground level which is partly provided with a barrel vault, is an apartment of over 14 m^2 with its own shower room made of the finest materials: While the studio is tiled with old travertine, the bathroom with its large shower is made of finest Calacatta.
This studio is equipped with a comfortable French double-bed, a wardrobe etc. up to a cute stylish desk and chair in Mediterranean style: This comfortable room invites you to relax until - if really need be - to work.

On this level, you also find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer – all made for your convenience.
Climbing up to the next level is anything but monotonous – the staircase surprises with natural rocks, stone-images and wrought iron railing.

The Petite Suite: Rest on the Wings of a Dream
For most people day and night, activity and sleep are contradistinctive. The master bedroom in Maison Magie d´Antibes on the first level has been designed and created to overcome this artificial contrast; sleeping here is not some sort of a necessity that is dealt with somehow. It is cultivating the joy of the day on the wings of a dream.
The more than 12 m2 master bedroom can easily be closed off from the rest of the house. It offers a large, comfortable double bed (160 x 200), a built-in wardrobe, TV and a large dresser. This master bedroom is complemented by the Petit Salon, which serves either as a retreat area or as a completely separate, cozy bedroom with a large and pleasant Queen-size sofa bed for two people or children. This suite level is also made of old travertine.
The Petit Suite it is complemented by a convenient, fully travertine-tiled bathroom which offers a spacious shower (90 x 120 cm), towel dryer, etc.

The Gourmet: Where body and soul become one
The eat-in kitchen on level 2 is a combination of a contemporary, most modern fitted kitchen, equipped with really everything you need, with traditional furnishings which makes for the special coziness and warmth of this dream stay; of course, there is a wine cooler installed. In combination with the BBQ on the terrace, grilled fish or Côte de Boeuf will guarantee that you are able to compete even with the famous restaurants nearby.
The dining area is the eye catcher of this level: An ancient, large and impressive wooden table, surrounded by stylish teak chairs invites you to enjoy also self-made (or delivered) lunch or dinner with fresh food from the impressive market which is within a few minutes walking distance from the house.
The third part of this travertine-tiled floor level is the library which consists of a shelf – equipped with a TV like on each floor and in each room –, books and games as well as a cozy sofa; from there you can either watch the sea, the TV or relax by reading or gaming.

The “Voilier”: On the Bridge of your Life
The guests of Maison Magie d´Antibes, whether from Down Under, the Far East or from the Americas all have one thing in common: they are and always have been, truly the captains of their lives. The Voilier is the story of this house that reflects this perfectly. Here you are yourself, overseeing all from the command bridge of your life.
The cosy living room is equipped with a wonderful, comfortable leather sofa in cream white, coffee tables, a sideboard and TV, and opens to the first terrace via large glass doors. This ensemble offers at your sight: shining sea, brilliant lights, unique colors ...
At your hand you find an out-door dining and relax area with a barbecue so you can enjoy your “captain’s dinner” under the stars.

The “EDENVIEW” : On the Edge of Eternity
The “Garden of Eden” becomes reality: This peaceful place over the rooftops of Antibes – the upper terrace –, tasteful furnished seating and sunbathing area, completely tiled with old travertine stone, with its awesome, incomparable all-round view from Cap d'Antibes, the sea, the old town to the high Alps in the distance – in winter snowy mountains – spoils you with its wonderful blue of the sea and sky for cosy rest, seating and sunbathing area for comfortable recreation, enjoyment and relaxation.
