Crystal Beach Subdivision - Sea Glass Cottage

Golf cart was a nice amenity. Home was clean and well furnished.

The location was phenomenal. It was so easy to get to the beach and run for coffee in the morning. The neighborhood was the perfect spot to rent in, nice and quiet!

We had an amazing time. Would definitely come back and stay.

This is our second time staying in this house. We love it especially the pool. Close to the beach also. We had some minor issues but fixed in a timely manner. Thank you.

The house was clean upon arrival. It worked perfectly for us - 5 grandkids, 6 adults. The pool was a hit and the proximity to the beach was great.

Beautiful home! Very clean and well equipped. Nice golf cart for carrying our things the couple blocks to the beach. Nice furniture and decor. Pool was nice and the hot tub was excellent. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a beautiful time!

Advertised a hot tub and heated pool. When we got there, they told us the pool didn't have heat and the hot tub was broken. Outside patio furniture was broken. Received outdoor fireplace with only two days left. Pool was full of leaves so we vacuumed it. Pool boy walked in unannounced halfway thru our stay. Beds were very uncomfortable. Certainly did not get what I paid for!

Unfortunately, this place is not as it appears. The hot tub was broken and there is no fire pit and there was a rat and rat poop in the grill. Oh and it advertises shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the photos but all of them were empty. When I contacted vacasa about all this they barely responded and none of it was helpful. Most responses were we are sorry and will look into this and get back to you but they never got back to me and kept me waiting and waiting with no solution. Had to call multiple times and was forced to deal with middlemen who just said we will look into this we are unsure etc. Very disappointing.

We had 11 of us. 6 adults and 5 kids. House had plenty of space and beds. Beds were comfortable. Location of house was great and not far from the beach. House has a 4 passenger golf cart and with our large group we rented a 6 passenger which was a life saver and big time time saver when taking all our stuff and people to the beach. Lots of beach stuff in garage. Chairs and wagons. Stove is an induction top so only magnetic pans work so bring some pans because house only has a few that work. Vacasa staff was great and very responsive on a few question we had after we arrived. We would recommend this property and would stay here again.

The house was perfect for my whole family! All six adults plus two children were very comfortable! It’s about an 8 min walk to the beach. The pool was so nice and felt private. Cleaners even came during the week to clean out leaves and seeds! The neighborhood was nice and the golf cart was an awesome bonus for the beach! The perk was the free parking for all golf carts at the beach! We will definitely rekey be back!

The house was large and there was room for a large family. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. The golf cart was great. The cleanliness was a hair lacking for the price we paid. Not quite enough cookware for large groups. Overall we had a great time. I had to call once and the manager was very reponsive. I would stay here again.

We had the best time in Destin. The house is in such a great location and the pool was perfect! We also enjoyed the golf cart for evening rides and also to haul our beach stuff to and from the house. You are so close to the beach that it is not necessary but is such a great addition to the rental. Would love to rent again in the future!

Everything was great! Very accommodating on a last minute early check in. We had a group of 9 people for a family vacation, consisting of 7 females and 2 males, stayed for mainly 4 days, we had 6 rolls of TP and we to conserve on the last day so if you have a big group and staying longer you Best Buy some. You will also need to buy your staples, salt, pepper, coffee, paper towels, ketchup, mustard, etc… I get them not providing those things because every group is different so it’s hard to accommodate everyone. These are not complaints just our group's way of trying to help the next group come prepared if they like to cook or they think they may need more TP to go buy some. Lol! Like I said we had a blast everything was awesome!
