The beach is a 3 minute walk and a cute little bar and restaurant is right on the corner. The house was absolutely adorable and comfortable. The home sets in a beach community subdivision style neighborhood…really nice and safe. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay again.

We had a great time and a major reason for was stating at this property. It was very easy to check in, access the property as well as the checkout.Didn't need to communicate with anyone for anything as we did not need anymore than what was available. We brought all necessary items but i would recommend there was dishwasher soap, trash bags available.Other than that, no complaints.

The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the location was a game-changer, it felt like being at a resort, just a quick walk from our “room” to the beach. Everything you could need was close by: restaurants, shops, and activities were all within walking distance. Even though we rented a car, we didn’t necessarily need it. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the space worked perfectly for our group of five. When we missed our flight, the hosts quickly extended our stay and responded to every message right away. Highly recommend!

A few things that would have made this good stay great is a wagon & beach towels The home is only a 1/2 block from the beach but is quite a trip with chairs, cooler, beach bags and kids in tow. The beach closet was well equipped with sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie board and plenty of coolers. Literally right outside the front door to the pool. The main thing I would say the owner needs to check is hot water heater. 3 of our 6 days I had a cold shower. There were only 4 adults and 1 child. The child always showered with an adult. So I’m not sure what’s up with that. The management company was awesome. I was able to reach someone every time I emailed or called and they even let us check in a little early, as our flight was earlier than check in. I would definitely rent from them again. Something odd, the primary closet is very big, but there’s not one outlet in the closet, which made ironing a pain.

The location and property were perfect. We communicated about an issue with electrical outlets and had a lag in time, but otherwise a great place to stay for a great value.

Reviewer Comments: In town for our Spring Break away from Chicago NW suburbs.Great, great location in Destin. 1 block form the beach and about 10 minutes from Miramar. Nice heated community pool in the neighborhood and really quiet at night.House had all items for cooking ware, but did not have simple essentials like salt, pepper, etc. Publix and Walmart are really close for easy shopping.The front porch of the house was great for morning coffee (machine needs to be checked out as it was not working properly). Camille's Cafe was a 1 block but costly for every day coffee and breakfast.I will definitely look into this property once again, if traveling to Destin and would recommend to friends. Lots of rentals in the neighborhoodm if this home is not available.Thank you for having such a great home for our trip.

Great Experience!

The house was wonderful, kitchen stocked with many appliances but lacked basics, like seasonings, only 1 trash bag in the can, no coffee filters or complimentary coffee. A curtesy box of soap/laundry pod provided in kitchen and all bathrooms but master bathroom. No beach towels available.

This house was super adorable. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was so nice and it was a short walk to the beach.

Beach is about 300 yards away and is absolutely amazing. Only downside is not great airflow to the 2nd floor. We solved that by making sure all the AC vents in the house were open (several were closed) and running the AC circulation fan all the time. This helped keep air upstairs fresh.

Great location and real nice with all conveniences . Only issue was at night of colder Downstairs and warmer upstairs. Reason only one Air conditioner for both floors which you don’t see anymore
