Crescent - Waterfront Beach House

Great house to stay at! We would stay there again!

We had a great stay. The view is amazing and it's a fantastic location. The house itself is very well-stocked with lots of kitchen items and games etc. The furniture is nice and the whole place feels light and airy. It is worth knowing that there are very few eating places around and uber eats wasn't available on the night we tried either. There are a couple of coffee options but not all were open each day, even when Google said they were. I'm not sure if school holidays might affect things. There is a coffee pod machine in the house. We had fun watching the changing tides, (unsuccessfully) fishing, climbing on the rock pools and swimming at the beach. My husband even saw some stingrays in the river at night when he took the big torch. The kayaks were great and table tennis was a huge hit. I wish we could have stayed for longer but maybe we can return another time.

This house has everything! We had an elderly woman, a middle aged woman with bad knees, and a family of 5 with 2 dogs and we had an absolute ball! Kayaking, swimming, fishing literally at the doorstep. House is clean and tidy, plenty of room. Ping pong table for the rainy days, back porch with outdoor setting, enough grass for the dogs. Beautiful spot. We will absolutely return!

This is such a great spot for anyone looking to get away and have fun and adventure at your doorstep.Our teens, young adults and dogs had a great time in the water and relaxing.The house was well stocked and very clean.

Excellent few days in a relaxed location, beautiful views from the back deck and great access to the tidal river and beach.

The property is wonderful. Great location with direct access to the creek, and kayaks provided. Lovely patio that captures all the afternoon sun, perfect in the winter. The sleeping quarters were perfect for our family, a king bed in one room, and a king and a few singles in another that made a family suite. The gourmet kitchen had everything you need and the fireplace topped it off for us.We had the most relaxing few days and can't wait to go back.Thank you Nerida.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen is really well supplied with everything we needed and the living/dining area was great. A little underwhelmed with the bedrooms - the mould on the shade curtain just above the primary bed was not great and the bed/pillows were not very comfortable. The views over the inlet were wonderful especially at sunset. Very quiet and peaceful.

We had a fantastic stay at Crescent over Easter weekend! The location is excellent ( sunset on the terrace, backs directly onto the creek). Lots of amenities available on the property including kayaks, which we used every day, and ping-pong, as well as a well-stocked kitchen and good appliances. We will definitely be back! We recently had the pleasure of staying at Crescent for our family getaway, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were taken aback by the stunning views at the doorstep. The house itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed to accommodate our family’s needs.Each room was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. We spent countless hours on the deck, enjoying the sound of the waves and the gentle sea breeze.Direct beach access was one of the highlights of the trip. It was so easy to walk right down to the shore, where we spent time swimming, building sandcastles, and enjoying beach games. The peace and privacy were definitely a bonus and the inlet at the door is a safe place for young children.Overall, our stay at this beachfront home was incredible, and it provided the ideal setting for making lasting memories with the family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil yet adventure-filled beach escape.

LOVE LOVE LOVE ‼What a perfect location! The house is the most well equipped we have ever stayed in, and with good quality appliances! Plenty of room for us all. The beds could do with an upgrade for the more mature travellers but that would be the only thing I could fault. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful, beautiful coastal treasure !
