Brooke was communicative ahead of our stay and the house met every expectation we had plus some. The view out of the back sun room and off the back of the house are sublime. We saw every shade of available sunset and enjoyed fishing and crabbing off the pier they have. Our teenagers loved kayaking Store Creek. We hope to come back again and bring our older boys next time. Thank you for sharing your special little Carolina oasis.

This place was exactly what we needed for a getaway! We enjoyed the privacy and peace and quiet. I spent most of my time relaxing outside in a hammock or on the porch while my husband was able to do some fishing. If you're lucky, you may see some dolphins! We did a lot of outdoor activities, but the house is also a great place to just hang out and relax. There are plenty of good napping spots.

Creekwood lodge was everything we could have asked for. Quiet creekside retreat with plenty to do for both the adults and teens. Also perfect if you want to do nothing at all but sit by the fire pit and take in the lowcountry. 10/10

Wonderful time at Creekwood Lodge in Edisto. Great communication with owner and resolved something instantly! We loved the view and access to the dock, attempted to fish and loved the porch for coffee, wine, naps, games and dinners watching the sunset. We had elderly family visiting from the UK and needed a ranch style house with a great view, and easy access to things in the area. Edisto Island and Beach were wonderful. We had fun at our rental and in the neighborhood. We loved it and would return again.

Great property. One week visit but a lifetime of memories. Fishing from the dock, kayaking, crabbing, fire pit and enough space to accommodate 8-10 people without sitting on top of each other. Very friendly neighbors and quiet neighborhood.

The property was well furnished and clean. We got to meet Brooke and Eric and they were very attentive to our needs. Looking forward to another stay next year.

Everything about our stay was Awesome! The house is conveniently located and well stocked. Backyard was a huge plus for the kids. They played wiffle ball games, corn hole, and loved the huge fire pit. Swam off the dock and of course crabbed and fished. Caught many types of fish but the highlight was the shark fishing. During low tide we took the kayaks to the sand reefs and swam. Owners are excellent and quick to respond. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you Brooke and Eric!!

This was a great property, with a lot to do. The kids absolutely loved it and spent most of their time outside in the yard. The neighbors on both sides of house were a lot closer than expected… but one was really nice and offered us the blue crab out of his trap. The house had everything we needed. Be cautious when using washing machine, the well water seemed to leave rust/mud color stains on some of the lighter colored clothese we had washed. Over all we would definitely stay again, it’s a secluded spot, yet close to a lot of good attractions, and dining. We bought blue crabs, shrimp, sting Ray, and shark off the dock! And we caught some flounder and speckled trout off the sand bars out front with a boat. It’s a great vacation spot!

This property was great for our family! It had just enough space, was well stocked and the dock was fantastic. My son and husband had some success fishing out of kayaks in the creek and another morning we saw a dolphin swimming nearby while kayaking! The setting was so relaxing... we were completely fascinated by the tidal creek and the sunsets! The yard was great, although we didn’t spend as much time outdoors as we would have liked due to the very cool weather. The beach was a short drive away; we spent a few days there, which our daughter loved. It was not crowded. The house had many games that our teenagers played most nights and had a blast! My only complaint was that the well water had an odor to it that we weren’t expecting. The neighboring properties were also closer than I was expecting from the pictures, but it was no problem. We barely saw them and when we did they were very friendly. We would love a do-over vacation here when the weather is warmer. It was the perfect getaway from a busy life! Oh! Brooke was fantastic! She was very responsive to questions and did whatever she could to make sure our stay was great. She made many recommendations which we appreciated... Flowers Seafood, King’s Market, La Retta’s Pizza, etc! This was the most unique area I’ve ever visited and our 17 year old son said it was his favorite vacation we’ve ever taken. We’ll definitely visit the low country again!
