THE SPACE

This 5-bedroom home comfortably hosts up to 16 guests and offers the perfect balance of togetherness and tranquility.

Just bring your clothes, food & drinks — we’ve got the rest covered!


PET POLICY

Small, well-behaved dogs (under 30 lbs) are welcome with a $100 pet fee.
Larger hypoallergenic/non-shedding dogs may be considered—please inquire.

Dogs must be well behaved, on flea meds and cleaned up after.


IMPORTANT NOTES

• 🚨 JANUARY/FEBRUARY bookings: we will be tackling some projects on the property (not in the interior spaces). You will still have access to the amenities but by booking during these months you acknowledge & consent to some work being done on the exterior. It will not be in the early morning or late evening. Thanks :)

• Max capacity: 16 guests
– No more than 12 guests over age 15 (city ordinance)

• We live in the home behind Creekside Paradise (refer to last photo in listing)
–We like to give guests their space but you will occasionally see us on the dock as our boat is there & on the grounds conducting maintenance

• Hot tub & screened in waterfront porch located in a private nook behind the owner’s home next door
– Occasionally used by owner
– You can close the gate while in use for privacy

• Parking for up to 5 vehicles (possibly 6 if they are smaller / midsize)

• A brief rental agreement must be signed through our secure hosting software prior to check in

Kindly note that I do not give refunds outside of my posted policy. As such, I highly recommend trip insurance as I cannot be on the line for personal, weather emergencies etc
