A private retreat on the Loyalsock Creek located 10 minutes north of Montoursville, PA and less than 15 minutes from Williamsport, the home of Little League Baseball. Our retreat sits on the pristine waters of the Loyalsock Creek with access right behind the home to swimming, fishing and kayaking.

Our 5 bedroom vacation home is meticulously maintained and is completely furnished with all necessary linens/towels, dishes, utensils and cookware. Creekside Manor has a unique character withthe abundance of richly appointed wood and mountain stone harvested from the surrounding forests many years ago. We like to refer to it as rustic luxury! It is truly a home away from home in a beautiful setting.
You'll have the entire house and surrounding grounds available to you during your stay. Our property is set up as a vacation rental so you won't have to worry about navigating through an owners personal items and searching for your own storage space or working around someone else's refrigerator contents. Our bedroom closets are empty as are dressers, drawers and bathroom cabinets.
There is a separate garage not connected to the house and this is not accessible to guests.

During the summer months of June to mid-August, we have a one week minimum stay and our weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. So, check in on a Saturday and check out on a Saturday. During the Little League Baseball World Series period starting in mid-August, we provide the opportunity to reserve any 10 consecutive nights desired. Our rates during that period are also adjusted to reflect the market pricing. Other times of the year we have either a 2 or 3 night minimum and any available nights can be booked.
One bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor.
Four bedrooms and one bathroom on second floor at the top of a 13 step staircase.
We are located in an area that draws outdoor enthusiasts including those who like to fish, hunt, hike and camp. The Consolidated Sportsmen Club of Lycoming County is located in our same valley. Don't be alarmed if you hear shots coming from that area.
The area is served by a rural electric co-op and there are times that the power goes out. It may not happen for months at a time, but on the occasion that it does occur, it generally is out for no more than 1 to 2 hours.
We do not provide watertoys, canoes, or kayaks for liability reasons but welcome you to bring your own or rent them from a local provider.
We offer a beautiful flagstone patio with a gas fire pit surrounded by comfortable chairs.
There's also a great campfire ring along the creek for your use. Campfire wood is provided.
Additionally we have an indoor fireplace that is available for guest use during the appropriate season. We provide the fireplace wood as well.

Very nice property. Upstairs bedrooms and bathroom layout was very nice. Back yard with patio and view of creek was excellent. We spent most of our time behind the house. If I was asked to name the most negative thing about this property, I would have to say the road noise but I expected that before booking. Has good communication with Michael the owner. Very fun weekend! Would recommend.

Creekside Manor is absolutely beautiful. The home was immaculate and the scenery was stunning. We had such an amazing time there and all felt so relaxed. The creek was perfect for catching crazy fish and swimming.

From the moment you pull into the driveway and see the crystal clear Loyalsock River flowing behind the property you will immediately feel at ease and your worries will be left far behind. This home is perfectly situated with amazing access to the river and a tremendous shoreline to allow kids to wander the riverbanks in search of crayfish, frogs, and all other aquatic beings. Bring your waders and enjoy a very productive stretch of Loyalsock trout fishing. When the days warm and the mayfly hatches are in effect, expect to see rising trout from the backyard. We have made a trip to the Loyalsock our family’s own yearly tradition that we call ‘Troutfest’. The adults and children are in the river fishing all day long. This house did not disappoint! Our group had an absolute blast and we landed many rainbows, browns, and quite a few smallmouth bass. The house is laid out with plenty of space and sleeping arrangement options. The tv room downstairs is a great evening retreat. The fire pits on the upper and lower levels just add to the relaxation factor. We could not be happier with our stay, or our host Michael. He even called to see how we liked the property and if we needed anything, it was a very nice conversation. We would highly recommend this property and will be coming back again! It doesn’t get much better than this!!!

Our family just returned from our second stay at Creekside Manor and will stay there again when visiting the Williamsport area. This trip our group consisted of five adults and two young teens. Creekside allowed individuals space for alone time, and also rooms for the entire family to gather. We always find Creekside Manor well maintained and clean with inviting and interesting decor. Outside the view of Loyalsock Creek running below the forest is beautiful and relaxing, and often offers a glimpse of an American Bald Eagle seeking its prey. The host Michael was always available and responsive if we had questions or needed assistance.Creekside Manor is a great home away from home and we recommend highly. Just don't take our spot!

Clean, cozy, and spacious, Michael's property had everything we needed for a weekend together in scenic PA. The creekside location is awesome, but amenities like groceries and more are literally just down the road and super easy to get to. Michael was extremely responsive and helpful with everything. Highly recommend!
