Creekside Cabin on the Mickelson Trail

Such a neat little place to stay and super close to Hill City but still has the country feel! Everything worked as it should! There was enough parking for my ram 1500 with a 24 ft trailer and our side by side. The owner was super responsive and got us in there short notice as well! We live in Sturgis and this will be one of our go to places to stay when we are in the Hill City area! Thank you again for everything!

We absolutely adored this cozy cabin for our family stay in the black hills. The cabin was super clean, comfortable, and was equipped with everything! It is also in a great location to downtown Hill City and to the attractions. Wonderful experience and we will be back! Thank you!

Very cute and private place to stay. Beds were comfy too!

Our stay was great. The weather was out of the normal for December, but it made touring all the sites great. We hardly needed a jacket. The hardest part about finding the cabin was the driveway. It drops off the main road pretty steeply and isnt marked great. But the fact that it sits off over the hill from the main road makes it nice and quiet. The location to the sites we wanted to visit was pretty good, with the Badlands being the farthest at 1.5 hours.

The cabin was very nice, and cozy. It's not very far from town, but it's far enough out for an enjoyable getaway. The host was super nice, responsive, and really maintained the place well.I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Had a lovely stay here with my boyfriend! Was close to a bunch of fun attractions but still very private as well! This place was very nice and spacey and had a very homely feeling to it! Upon arrival it was very clean and very nicely decorated! It was a very easy check in and check out! I would definitely recommend this place and am definitely going to stay here again!

Clean, quiet great location

Everything was exactly as show. Great location for a fantastic week of UTVing and sightseeing. The back porch area was used every night. We used the bike trail that is located behind the property. We were able to bike to each tunnel in the trail. Tunnel A is a must see. It’s beautiful. The UTV trails are awesome. Make sure to get the ONX app as it was very helpful to navigate around. Very nice and quiet we loved it

Enjoyed staying at Creekside cabin. Plenty of deer foraging around cablin. Everything was in good shape and clean. Central location to Black Hills attractions. Check-in was very easy.

it was just right for what we needed. Bunks small for adults but good for kids. Just far enough from Hill City to be quiet.

I drove 14 hours expecting a Creekside Cabin, just like the pictures show. Instead, I find a very old run-down mobile home, in need of a lot of work. once I finally got the old key out of the messed-up box, The first thing to hit me going inside was a strong odor. Smelt like a porta john on a hot day! I never could get the smell out of the mobile home. It was coming up through the shower plumbing. The septic tank. The owner did inform me that I couldn't have a campfire due to a fire ban in the area. that was disappointing but I understood. It would of been NICE if he also told me that the creek was all DRIED UP! That was the main reasons for choosing Creekside Cabin. So here I am in a smelly, run-down, dirty trailer. I worked and saved for this get away and that's what I got. outside is all dirty and in need of a lot of work. The list of things is too much to mention. They have posted notes all over the walls telling you to do certain things, instead of just fixing the problem. Truthfully, I deserve my money back.

We had a great vacation. Didn't stay in the cabin much, mostly at night. Very comfortable and clean. Great location for what we needed to see Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, Badlands and Walls Drug. Cabin's location was in a beautiful setting!

This property is so peaceful. Wonderful cabin, lots of deer. Close to family activities. We loved the campfire, the beautiful pine trees. It feels like your home away from home. We will definitely stay again! We loved our stay!

This home was absolutley perfect for our needs! It was easy to find. It was stocked well. There was ample parking. It was clean. And we will be back!

We loved our stay. Very comfortable house with all the amenities. The game closet was an extra bonus. Close to Hill City with great restaurants and things to do.
