Property is 15 minutes from Williamsburg and 25 minutes away from Va Beach, VA. Home is one block away from the bus line and walking distance to all restaurants and pharmacies. Home has brand new kitchen appliances (dishwasher) and washer and dryers are included in the monthly rent. The garden is cut weekly and the cleaning company comes bi weekly. There is an alarm system in place with a camera at the front and back doors. Keyless entry to get into home and wireless thermostat to keep the temp in the home comfortable.

There are flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and a 55 inch tv with surround sound in the living room, Neighborhood is quiet and everything is within walking distance from our cozzy home to rent in Denbigh, Newport News, VA,.

This home was extremely dirty. There were many exposed wires which is dangerous. Dirty cooking pans. Kitchen sink would not turn and was rusty and moldy. I have pictures. The few times I contacted the owner were for a grill, the old one was rusted and it was out of gas. They were prompt to help me. I mentioned my feelings to the owner and he did send someone, but they didn't offer any resolution or seem interested. Elizabeth LaRonde
