Great home to stay in

Had an amazing stay at this property. Very well taken care of and a close drive to Carolina Beach. Had an amazing time catching up with my Marine who is stationed in Jacksonville.

The house is very organized, the only thing is that the drive to any beach is very far. But overall we had a good time.

The house was conveniently located within a short drive to several beaches and local attractions. The inside was spacious with lots of natutal light. It was well stocked with everything you could need while on vacation. You could tell the owners put a lot of time and love into making it feel like your home away from home. While we really enjoyed our time in the home we did have two issues. The first was really minor but worth noting. The master bed was set really high. We are of average height but had to basically jump to get into the bed. Once you were in it was comfortable. Our second issue was not so minor. We contemplated not making note of it but figured if the owners don't stay there they may not know. We noticed a few roaches over the course of our one week stay, a small one on our first night, a large one my son actually stepped on during a midsleep walk to the restroom and a baby one on our final night on the kitchen counter. With the exception of those two issues we enjoyed our time in the home.

Very smooth checkin process. House was lovely and clean and offered an easy drive to multiple things we wanted to do.

We enjoyed this spacious and clean home while we were visiting our daughter who attends UNCW. The house was clean and came with extra amenities (beach chairs and a cooler) that came in handy for our trip to Wrightsville Beach. Great location, nice yard, and friendly neighbors. Will definitely stay here again!

Our month long stay was great. The house is very comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. Love the location.

My dad lives right around the corner from the Alton house and it was very convenient for us to be so close since we had our family’s Christmas/New Year’s get together at my Dad’s. The house was very well maintained and was overall clean. It had all the things we could have needed! The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and I love the decor! We look forward to staying here again in the future when we come back to NC!

Very good location and the house was comfortable and well stocked

This the second time I have rented this house. It is so clean and beautifully decorated. There is a lot of thought put into it to make it comfortable for guests! The neighborhood is close to where I needed to be, quiet, safe, and the next-door neighbor is very nice. I would definitely rent again without hesitation!

Everything that was needed was close by. Beaches, stores, all easily accessible with little travel time. Home had everything needed.

The bedrooms and house were a good size for our 5 adult family. It was super hot and ac wasn’t working well and owners and management immediately made sure it would work again. Renovated beautiful indoors and backyard.

Had a great stay. Was very clean, and had everything you could think of, beach chairs, cooler etc…. Very nice place. We really enjoyed our time and will be back.
