Stayed May 18, 2026This was a great little spot right on the water, and not far off the road from Ballyvaughn or Kinvarra. Wished we could have used the deck more but due to weather we were mainly inside which was plenty big. Love the large dining table and sitting area off the living room. Kitchen was very functional for the nights we didn't want to go out. And loved the tea and biscuit supply! Highly recommend.

Stayed Aug 6, 2025Location is excellent. Beautiful views of the estuary. Great for birdwatching, paddleboarding and swimming. Kitchen needs more regular pans, a colander and a potato peeler.
