Busy downtown location. Lovely wooden floors, comfortablr sitting area and great mattresses. Very walkable with lots to see and do. River nearby. Ocean 40 minutes by car. Could take Trolley to Clearwater Beach. House near fire department so more likely to hear fire trucks on occassion.

Stayed Apr 8, 2024Well the listing was for a 3 bedroom but the home is a 2 bedroom. The host is nice, however they are there working in the storage, they let you know but it makes the stay uncomfortable. If you are staying and planni g to make your own meals, you cant theres no cookware or reall dishes. The bath supplies listed are used bottles and theres no instruction or help book.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024This place is filthy dirty, smells like bar (smoke and booze) no bedroom furniture, no linens, no dishes , dirty kitchen & trash everywhere. The owner is even worse....would not refund my money when I refused to stay there for 5 minutes. DO NOT STAY HERE
