Cozy Vacation Home- New Ocean Reef Home with Bay View, Close to Beach & Town.

Great stay

Home was clean and had everything Wish it was closer to the beach or beach access but all in all great week

The property is beautiful! The furnishings are nice! We arrived an hour early and the host allowed us to enter early. I am not certain but, my impression is that the host does not live near by. The cleaning service did not have the property ready. First thing was the outdoor trash had not been serviced in a while. It had trash in it and it smelled horrible. We had 11 people in our party. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and air mattress. There was 1 1/4 rolls in the master bath and 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper in the guest bath. Which was not enough for 11 people. The kitchen was understocked. No dish detergent. We bought some and left it. There was a sponge and one dish towel. No extra dish towels and no dish rags. The house keeping company did come over and provide bedding. She was very hesitant to provide two comforters, she gave us on comforter and a very thin hospital type blanket. I insisted on the extra comforter and she did reluctantly provide it. The same was true when i asked for dish towels and dish rags. The property was not very clean. Ceiling fans were dirty, dusting not thorough, the front of dish washer and stove as well as oven were dirty, window sills, etc. The guest bathtub was dirty. My main concern was the linens on the master. When i checked before sleeping there was hair between the sheets. I stripped the bed and remade it. The mattress cover was dirty as well. All that aside, we had an amazing time!!! We made lots of memories!

This was a great place to stay ! No complaints. Beds were comfortable! Would definitely stay there again.

House is relatively new. Clean, cute, comfortable.

The house was beautiful and it’s in a very peaceful and nice area. This house has everything and it’s very cozy. Highly recommend!

No complaints here, house had everything needed , nice pool,great host , grocery store,gas stations all nearby , Ferry around the way. Will return. Thank you Deisy.?

Nice little community with a good pool walking distance. House was pretty good. Could use a deep cleaning like baseboards, shower corners. Nothing major. We enjoyed our stay!

I’ve been coming to Rockport since I was little and this has yet to be the best place to stay at. My family all loved it and grateful that we were able to find this place. Thank you!
