Stayed Jul 10, 2025Stayed for a month. Plenty of room to park the truck and boat. Bathroom is small. No local TV. Air conditioning, ice maker, applicances all work well. Washer and Dryer and extra large capacity. No yard.

Stayed May 8, 2025The rental was very nice and clean, and the bonus room upstairs was enormous and a great place for playing board games. The place is a quick drive from town. Very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025My son is a freshman at BSU and is 5 hours from home. This was a prefect spot for us to have some time together over a long weekend and he could get a break from dorm life. Somuch better than a hotel!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024We enjoyed the peaceful location and being in a wooded area. We knew there was going to be a little drive to get into Bemidji but it didn't take long at all. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The only thing lacking were comfortable chairs on the lower level (there were just stools). The bug spray was a nice touch--it is northern Minnesota after all.
