Cozy Summer Cottage minutes from Narragansett Beaches

Very happy with our vacation. The property was the perfect size for a family of four and was extremely clean and well designed. The house is on the main road but is landscaped perfectly to provide for privacy and peace & quiet. The house has an outdoor shower to get beach sand off and an amazing indoor shower with great water pressure. The multiple shops and restaurants next door within walking distance are perfect for convenience. There are multiple beaches within a 2-3 minute drive from the house. The owners / property managers were helpfully, generous, and very responsive. We will definitely book again next year if it’s still available. Thanks again!

Very cute and clean. Good location. Responsive owner. Only one bathroom and then outside shower. Full size bed in master, not queen. Great water pressure in shower!

My son and i have shared this tradition of spending the week of the 4th up in New England. We usually are up in Westport, MA. This year we did Narragansett. And let me tell you.... first Lynn is a magical human! Her interaction with is and immediate response was abive and beyond any expectation you can have for a human and property manager. The house was just as listed. Super clean, beautiful and just what we needed. Perdect for a small group or just you and your kiddo! Great location, you can see the ocean on a clear day just 2 blocks away. Easy to get all beaches and the ferry to Block Island. It was an amazing stay! If you asked my 9 year old he would say the shower is the best feature of the house..lol! But truly the hospitality and experience of the Captains Cottage I was memorable and we cannot wait to come back!. Its a home away from home!

The cottage was clean and nicely decorated, beds were super comfy, we enjoyed our stay!

We were a little concerned being right on a main drag. Once inside, the Cabin was well isolated from any and all noise. Convenient location to everything. Such a sweet place we will re-book here. Restaurant next door had quality food. The art work, the furnishing the cleanliness. Outstanding stay!

5 minute drive to Scarborough Beach North. This beach has the classic RI waves. If you want calmer waters head 5 minutes the other way to Roger Wheeler Beach. You will need to bring a garbage bag as it’s carry in & carry home.

From the moment we stepped into the cottage, we found everything we needed and settled in easily. The house was impeccably clean as we could still smell remnants of cleaning products. It was well appointed with the finest decor, furnishings, linens, and kitchen supplies. Truly a beautiful cottage with stunning gardens. When we needed something, Jeffrey, the manager from next door greeted us and made himself available to meeting our needs. He even graced us with delicious doughboys and clam chowder! Two reserved parking spaces lent us easy access to and from all the nearby beaches. We will surely visit again! Thank you Jeffrey, Lynn, and David!

The home was well appointed, very clean and very accurately represented on the site. We were very happy with our stay.

Clean, modern, cozy beach cottage in a great location. Loved being next door to Iggy’s and down the street from a great Ice cream shop. Really helped having designated parking because it can get busy, but noise was never an issue. All in all, a great stay!
