Stayed Jun 13, 2025We love this property. Perfect location to walk to the beach, and 15 minutes from Mayo Clinic. With two main arteries of the city just blocks away, it’s easy to navigate any part of town.Looking forward to our next trip down, and staying again.Zac is an excellent host and always quickly responds to any communication.

Stayed May 31, 2025This place is perfect for one person or a couple. Very centrally located just two blocks from the beach with many restaurants and bars in the area. Would definitely stay again and certainly recommend it.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025Sleeping was a little uncomfortable as the shades did not darken the room Sontheimer was too much light coming through the curtains. However it is very close to beach.

Stayed May 13, 2024We have had several trips down to Mayo Clinic, hate it took us this long to find this gem. Walk to the Beach and all our favorite Jax Beach spots, quick drive up to City Center and Neptune Beach, and less than 15 minutes to Mayo!!!!! Taco Bell drive through is right next door, but if you sleep with any background noise, like a fan, you won’t hear anything. Was not an issue at all. Zac was awesome!! He’s quick to respond and very helpful. This space is comparable in size to a hotel room suite. But, more private, and convenient. Great price point as well. Definitely going to stay again. Would 100% recommend!!!

Stayed May 10, 2024What I say utility we had everything we needed for a 4-day weekend. The place was comfortable We had all the amenities we needed, shower coffee maker little kitchen nice comfortable bed. The neighborhood was pleasant everything, restaurants, Publix,coffee shops were within walking distance. The beach was so close and convenient for us to take our dog out there to play in the water.
