Cozy, spacious and fully equipped house with pool near the beach

We had an excellent stay at this villa! The pool was spotless, and the property was spacious -perfect for our group of seven. The host was always available when needed, and we really appreciated the privacy. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, with a lovely restaurant and café right by the water. There are plenty of great eateries within a 20-minute drive as well. Don’t miss Kumara -a quaint, zen-style shop full of beautiful artefacts, dream catchers and more. A beautiful place all around-highly recommended!

Lovely spacious villa with a private pool. Pool area was very nice and private. Only problem is it is next to a farm that can be noisy at times.

Very nice house with large comfortable rooms. The pool is great with a huge green lawn arround it. The fact that the owners live underneath is no problem at all - one is completly seperated with no interference at all. Great barbecue- very nice evenings on the balcony. Santa Cruz with its lovely beaches is very near… Communication and care by Liliana was excelent. Highly recommendable!! Thanks Jens and Family

The rooms of the apartment are very spacious. The rooms and the compound are clean and tidy. It is easy to observe sunrise and sunset from the balcony of the apartment. When the weather is good the waves of the blue Atlantic Ocean can be seen from the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils including a dishwasher. There is a large green grass field at the side of the swimming pool that can be used for outdoor games. The ideal apartment for those looking for an accommodation with a lot of space.

The house was in a great location , near a beach & only a stones throw from Santa Cruz if you wanted more bars , restaurants etc Despite the fact it is on one level above the owners parents it was completely private and you never felt over looked and had sole access to the pool etc Facilities good and property met expectation and would definitely revisit .

Liliana and her brother were great hosts, replying promptly and helpful. The house is very spacious and with plenty of space for families and groups (we were 10 and stayed very comfortable). The garden with the large pool is perfect for the kids and house has all amenities for a really nice holidays. Location is perfect, being quietly located but close to the beach.
