Stayed Mar 25, 2026Owner was very easy to reach - even after hours. I had a question regarding TV (trying to find March Madness tourney!) and texted after hours (expecting to be able to address next day) and they responded right away. I didn't expect that for a certain non-emergency issue, but I did appreciate it - and it provides comfort on how quickly they would respond in an actual emergency. Thank you!
