Cozy Soulard 2BR w/ Free Parking & Fast Wi-Fi

This was a great place with more than enough room for us and 2 kids. We loved the upstairs back porch just sitting outside and relaxing. Big kitchen and ample seating. It was in an easy access location and we never had an issue parking. Jack Nolan's was a bonus! It was an enjoyable stay.

Our family stayed at this property for an extended period while receiving medical care, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The home was comfortable, clean, and provided a welcoming place to relax during a challenging time.What truly set this property apart was the host. They were incredibly responsive, answering questions quickly and addressing any concerns immediately. Their kindness, communication, and attention to detail made us feel supported and cared for throughout our stay.We are so grateful to have found a place that felt like a home away from home when we needed it most. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

This property was located perfectly for our needs. We felt like we had easy access to all of the best of St Louis. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and there's a little bit of a view of the Arch from the 2nd floor balcony. The host provided perfect instructions for accessing the property and checkout was a breeze. We also found a cool board game restaurant called Pieces just a few blocks away that was a big hit with my family.

The owner was very attentive to our needs, 24/7.We loved to stay here. We will most likely choose again in future.The place is clean and well maintained.

This was the 1 right here, nice clean quite area house was on point just enough room and space everything fitted my wants and needs most definitely will be booking this again in the near future if possible the host was really great to work with, Thanks allot

The house was perfect for our stay in St Louis for my daughter’s dance nationals. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and it was close to our venue at Union Station. Thank you for the great communication!

Location is great but Friday night on the block one below where we were saying a number of cars had a window smashed. There are two fun local establishments within walking distance and the pizza at D’s place is excellent. The unit itself was great but the back porch and front steps could use a little tending to. The beds were really comfy and the sitting room/living room is perfect for four adults.

Perfect location for a visit to St. Louis. Nice little neighborhood outside the city. House had everything we needed and was nicely maintained.
