Cozy single family home.

This place is literally like someone died or left the property and the owner decided not to clean it out and rented it out for quick cash. Junk everywhere. We didnt stay and ended up getting a refund due to how unsafe thr unit was. Find youself a better place to stay.

I didn't spend much time at the property, but it was comfortable to stay at. Slept well on the bed too.

Quiet neighborhood,close to shopping/grocery & food.House had a smell of smoke smell or something.Living room ceiling fan is very wobbly, felt a little worried it was going to fall at some point. It was like we literally walked into someone’s house that had just taken their clothes and left.Closets filled with their personal items,dresser drawers had their belongings in them & top of dressers had their stuff all over (like jars of coins, bracelets, necklace displays & jewelry boxes, etc.).The laundry room is BURSTING with junk & “stuff” everywhere! It’s SO full!!The dishwasher was full of dishes,pots & pans on the stove & in the dirty oven.Tried to use the Keurig & it had SO much build up in it.We scrubbed it & cleaned it & ran 4 cycles of water thru & then brewed coffee & it still tasted horrible!The pantry had a bunch of food & other stuff in there, some of it expiring in 2019!The freezer had chicken nuggets &edamame & a bag of ice that was like a solid hard rock!The fridge had water bottles & other drinks in it. There was a popsicle stick on living room floor.1 hour after there my 5 yo feet were black.Bathroom tub handle broken, drain gross, water fills up green when showering. Belongings still in medicine cabinets.Light in master would randomly turn on in the night.Sheets in other bedroom had giant stain.Door in sunroom randomly open & stereo light on when we didn’t use. Candle sticks turn on by themselves,heard footsteps in night when everyone in bed.Their mail in drawer

Clean and comfortable

House felt like a home away from home. Plenty of sleeping and living indoor and outdoor space which was perfect for us and our two young kids. In a quiet neighborhood conveniently located within walking distance to convenience store and restaurants.
