Cozy round log villa with SwimSpa, whirlpool and sauna

The cozy wooden house, which is to rent as a complete object, with a spacious garden extends over 300 square meters on a total of 3 floors. It has 5 bedrooms and a bedroom connected to one of the bedrooms with a bunk bed.

In the garden there is a year-round outdoor jacuzzi and a beautiful outdoor sauna (for the outdoor sauna incurs additional costs if used).

Three of the bedrooms and a shared bathroom are located on the top floor of the wooden chalet.

The lowest floor isdesigned as a separate apartment and also has a cozy infrared sauna for 2 people. Except from the bunk beds, all beds are large double beds with 180x200cm lying surface. In total there are two bedrooms in the lower living area.

The lower living unit also has complete underfloor heating and also a very cozy BIOFIRE basic oven.

Both units are first class, especially in the kitchens.

The upper living unit offers space for 14 people on a long table.

Parking is available in front of the villa.
The villa is embedded in the beautiful nature of the Eifel. Immediately on the Burgen hiking trail invites the stay to discover nearby castles such as Wildenburg or the castle Reifferscheid.
Even for children there is much to discover in this still untouched nature.

Due to the location of the villa in the beautiful nature here are the nearest local shops (net market / bakers / butchers) about 3 km away. Regular storage is recommended for the stay.

In winter, many nearby mountain hiking trails and meadows offer opportunities for tobogganing.

Nice tour groups, especially families and hiking groups are welcome.
For corporate incentives, we will gladly prepare an individual offer for you, especially in the period between Monday and Friday.

For bowling, bachelor parties and similar travel groups, this villa is unfortunately not provided.

In particular, pure groups of men are not admitted due to negative experiences without agreement. We kindly ask you to search for a more suitable accommodation for the purpose of your journey or to consult us in advance.
