Cozy Remodel, Diving Pool & Hot tub, Great Location Near Entertainment!

Everything we needed was provided.

Absolutely beautiful property! The hot tub is wonderful paired with a large pool, which I spent nearly all of my time in. About 30 minutes from the airport, the location is perfect! The neighborhood is well kept, the home itself was spotless, and there was so much space! I’ve definitely found my go-to property in Glendale.

We, son, dil, wife, 3 grandkids (8, 11, 13 and I had a great stay. The 7 of were very comfortable. This is not a plush house but it is meticulously clean. The appliances are basically new. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The pool is automatically cleaned every day. There were a lot of pool toys. The kitchen is well stocked. The pans are of higher quality than most. Great communication and support. The food disposal clogged while we were there. A plumber had it fixed in less than 3 hours. Amazing response by the owner. Nice TV’s. Great internet. This is definitely a -5- VTBO home!

The whole hose was amazing and as advertised. We booked on extremely short notice all of our questions were answered very quickly. Highly recommend to stay when in Phoenix.

Everything was great

Great house in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything you need!

Nice house

House was very clean, open and lots to do to keep you busy. Beds were comfy and was able to use garage to park in.

The house was great.

Our family traveled to Arizona for our daughter’s soccer showcase. We decided to rent a VRBO for our week long stay. We decided to choose this location due to the wonderful reviews. The house was a perfect set up for our family! It was clean, inviting and cozy. The VR headset, foosball table, pool and hot tub were a favorite feature for our kids! We would highly recommend this location if you are traveling with family!

Nicely updated home with thoughtful touches for families! Neighborhood is nice & quiet! Only about 30 minutes from many of the things we did (Aquarium, Zoo, Medieval Times, etc)Pool is great and outdoor storage bin has a pump to blow up inflatable floaties, dive ring toys, pool cornhole game and the diving board was a HUGE hit for our kids! Expected wear and tear on pool toys for a vacation rental (1 of 3 dive rings is broken and about half of the corn hole bags have holes so they don’t hold water anymore but still was fun!)Beds were ALL very comfortable and there is even a night light in the bunk (kids) room which was so nice as we always forget to bring one!VR headset, old school Nintendo and foosball table were also a hit! Great hosts who quickly answered any questions I had and were gracious enough to ship my daughters forgotten retainer back to us!Would definitely recommend this house!

Wasn’t new but updated, and very fresh,

We visited for my teenage daughter's soccer showcase and had a wonderful time. This property was the most well-equipped place we've stayed in, with impressive attention to detail. The teens particularly enjoyed the variety of games, the hot tub, and all the thoughtful extras that made our stay memorable.

House was perfect for our stay. Everything we could want was provided. Convenient location to stores and restaurants.
