Cozy Red Cabin on Briggs Lake

This was an A cabin experience. The cabin was absolutely adorable and very functional.

Beautiful cabin, very well maintained inside and out. Being right on the lake was lots of fun. Kara and Dan are always going the extra mile. We were able to bring our dog and she loved it too! We definitely will be back.

We had an amazing weekend at the Cozy Red Cabin! The cabin was beautiful, cozy, and decorated so nicely with great amenities. This was a special mother-and-daughter trip, and we enjoyed every minute of it. We spent our time playing games, relaxing by the bonfire, fishing, kayaking, and taking in the beautiful nature around us. Being able to bring our dogs made the trip even more special—they had a blast too! Thank you for sharing your wonderful cabin and helping us create such great memories. We can’t wait to come back! 🛶

Such a beautiful house and a peaceful time at the lake. This place is even better than the pictures display. So clean! Wonderful communication with the host. The main bed is heavenly, a dream to sleep in.

The cozy red cabin was the perfect stay for us on our trip to see our daughter at college. It was adorable and just as pictured. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were oh so comfy. The view of the lake was beautiful too. We hope to come back when we can enjoy more time in this beautiful area.

The title is perfect. The cozy red cabin was ideal! The host was very attentive, making our arrival and departure smooth. We enjoyed our weekend at the cozy red cabin. We chose a cabin stay for my daughter’s dance competition weekend in the area. Cooked meals, played board games, and shared stories in the living room in front of the fireplace. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Kara’s Cabin!I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Kara’s Cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The lake was beautiful, the home was cozy, and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped.. I got so much baking and cooking done! The crockpot especially came in clutch and made our four-day stay feel like home.On our last day, our flights were unexpectedly canceled, and Kara went above and beyond to help us stay another night. My Venmo wasn’t working, and she was so kind and understanding, allowing me to just leave cash on the counter.. that level of trust and grace is rare and so appreciated.Kara’s communication was excellent, she responded quickly, and truly made sure we had everything we needed. The entire experience was peaceful, comfortable, and memorable. Everything we could’ve possibly needed was already there.This cabin and Kara’s hospitality made the trip unforgettable. We’ll absolutely be back..one for the books, for sure!

We loved our stay at the red cabin. It was such a cute cottage and had everything we needed and more. Our stay for the weekend was relaxing and lots of fun with friendly neighbors as well. We will definitely be back again for another getaway!

This was a fantastic place to stay. In reality, the photos do not do it justice for how cozy and spacious the property is. My friends and I already have plans to go back this summer when the docks are in. Great view for a bonfire, tons of sleeping space and right down the street from the Palmer House, a great little bar if you feel like getting out for lunch, dinner or just to meet some great people and have a nice night out. Having kayaks on the property makes it easy to get on the water as well, if you don’t have a boat. 10/10 stay!

We had a wonderful mother-daughter weekend at this delightful property. The hosts are incredibly caring and responsive, and the cabin is filled with many welcoming, extra touches. It is cozy in the best way, and we would book again in a heartbeat.

Perfect winter weekend get away. Simple little touches throughout the cabin to made us comfortable and feel at home. Warm fireplace combined with the heat from the furnace warmed the place up fast after being outside in the cold winter air. Owner was easy going and quick to respond.

The stay was allowed us a home base while we visited family for Thanksgiving. It was a beautiful home with all the comforts of home. Everything was perfect.
