The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a BBQ place . It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps.
The house has YouTube TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025For us, my wife and her sister attending an all school reunion at the Andes Central High School as well as other activities, the location was excellent.The property was in good repair and well maintained - the host provided all the comforts and services (i.e. wifi, AC) that were expected and needed. Don was readily available to answer any questions that came up.I would recommend this property to others!

Stayed May 16, 2025This rental was located in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful landscaping in front of house. It was nice to hear the birds in the morning. Great place. We enjoyed our stay.
