Cozy place near Niagara Falls

Safe, clean, cozy, and good communication with host!

This was a good place to stay near Niagara Falls, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and home was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room if you had a family. Home was clean and a nice big lot next to house. Enjoyed our stay, convenient location.

Great place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls

A nice house all to yourself conveniently located near the falls

We were visiting Niagra Falls. This house was conveniently located near Niagra Falls State Park and many dining choices.

This is an old and small home with a surprisingly high per-day rent and security deposit. They require the full security deposit upfront at the time of booking, and you don’t get it back until two weeks after checkout. The bedding and toiletries were cheap and disappointing. We ended up with the experience of a two-star motel, but paid five-star hotel prices. Not worth it—stay away!

House was very clean and had all the amenities we required. Within 10 mins of the major attractions. I would recommend bringing sturdier pillows, but that is jist a personal preference. I would definitely rent again if we return to the area.

Good stay

The house was nice. The only issue we had was that the one bedroom with the crib only had thin print curtains and was not blackout when sun came up on that side of house. I believe every bedroom should be able to be completely dark for sleeping.

The check-in process was flawless. The house was clean. Other than my 12 year old seeing a spider on the porch, the stay was good. I will stay there again.

House was clean and well situated for our group. Close to restraunts, shopping and our destination Niagara Falls. There was plenty of room for our group sleep wise and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again if we get out that way. Off street parking was great as we were all on motorcycles and with bikes off the street made us feel better.

Home was clean, quiet, and included everything we could have needed. Neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and only 5-10 minutes from everything. Great location. Communication with the owner was easy and very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We mostly just slept and showered, but kitchen seemed nice as well.

Very quiet neighborhood in older but updated home. Bedrooms are small but beds very comfy. Upstairs bath very cramped. Planty of room for big family, all appliances except dishwasher. Beautyard private parking at house off the street. Host responds quickly to calls, very friendly and helpful.
