This cozy suite has a very comfortable Sealy Queen bed, and a futon couch that can accommodate one adult or two small children. There is a small workspace with a desk and chair with an amazing few of our town park. We are conveniently located right off I35 and 60 just minutes away from Blackwell, Ponca City and Stillwater. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very nice and cozy place to stay. It made being away from home a lot more enjoyable. I was not bothered throughout my stay and neighbors are quiet as well. I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay there again if ever back in the area
