Cozy North Conway Home, perfect location with fireplace and hot tub!

My wife and I spent two nights here for her birthday weekend. It was PERFECT! The hot tub was a great way to relax after a fun day at Mount Cranmore. The house was immpecible, and just the right size for two of us. Will definitely be booking this again the next time we stay in North Conway.

The host was really helpful in communicating prior to our trip and during our stay. The house was very charming, in a convenient location and extremely clean! We had a great visit!

The host, Chris, was very clear and communicative. She was responsive and friendly! Just what you would hope for in a host.The house was perfect for us! Clean and thoughtfully appointed at every turn. The outside hot tub and living space fireplace were much appreciated in the cold month of March. This house felt like a home and was super close to the center of town with lots of great attractions and restaurants!

We loved our stay! The house is lovely, with everything we needed. Communication with our hosts was excellent. The beds were comfy, there was lots of hot water with great water pressure, and the gas fireplace was extra cozy! We did not use the hot tub, but it looked wonderful. We’ll have to try it out next time because we definitely want to stay again.

House was cozy and inviting! The hot tub was very clean and felt amazing. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and very clean. The bedroom was very comfortable and I slept great! The location of the house to shops and restaurants is perfect!

Wonderful place and Chris was an excellent communicator going over all details in the checking in and out processes. The hot tub was also amazing and access to all of North Conway was close.

This adorable Cabin was one of the nicest VRBO rentals we’ve ever rented in 30 years of using VRBO. It is immaculate, beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Loved the sun porch and sunroom!! Master shower is top notch! The owners are extremely easy to work with and more than helpful. It was very hard to leave! Purpose of trip was fall foliage, and this spot is an excellent base camp for really incredible drives and cute towns. Perfect for a couple

This was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. Plenty of space for the 3 of us and the beds were so very comfortable. The house was super clean, and the hot tub was amazing. The 3-season porch was a really nice spot to sit and relax. The location was excellent-just outside of downtown to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough to anything and everything that one might need or want to do. Chris was amazing with her clear and concise communication. Everything was exactly as listed. We will definitely be returning for another stay!

The property and hosts are amazing, if I could leave a sixth star I would. The hosts were very commutative and excellent to work with. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials we could have needed. We were able to enjoy the hot tub which was very clean and surrounded by natural barriers for privacy. Aside from how awesome the property was, it is close to several fantastic restaurants, but don’t just take my word for it check out the guest book in the house that many guests have signed and shared their favorite spots. Overall, this place would be perfect for a couple or small family to enjoy that is close to everything without being disturbed by all the noise of a city. We are looking forward to our next trip to North Conway and this will be our first choice for a place to say.

This cozy home is a great location to explore the regions bounty. The hot tube was a welcome sight after a long day of exploring. 5 stars for our visit, we would highly Recommend for a couple with room for a couple more.

The charming home was as promised. Every amenity was thought of, which made our visit that much more relaxing. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and quick to respond to questions, as well as offer some great area insights for hiking. We enjoyed our 1st trip to North Conway thanks to a super base camp for the week!

This house was in a great location, quiet, private and walking distance to ice cream and sunset view. Very clean and updated. Hot tub was nice and the master bedroom was great with plenty of space. Really enjoyed the sun room as well. My family of four was very happy and comfortable here.

I'm not sure what else I can say others haven't. Place is beautiful. Mattress is one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on. Nightly hot tub was a luxury. Chris was extremely communicative and accommodating. I can't recommend this place enough.

This was a wonderful unit that was perfect for our summer vacation to celebrate an anniversary. The thing that set this unit apart was the small attention to detail. We've stayed at many VRBOs over the years, and this one had the nicest amenities and small touches that we don't even think of normally. The bath towels were so soft and absorbent -- my wife took a picture of the label so we could get some of our own. The coffee selection was awesome with both a Nespresso and a Keurig and plenty of pods. The towel warmer for the hot tub, the Alexa controls and music, and the huge smart TVs and cable selection were all very nice. The shower had awesome water pressure. The cutlery and cookware was high quality, not your typical cheap stuff for a rental. And the host was so easy to communicate with, though we had no issues that required their attention. This clean, cozy unit was amazing, giving us the luxurious getaway that we needed!The town of North Conway was really nice, with lots of restaurants, quaint stores, and just wholesome small town feel. It was a great central location for access to all sorts of trails in the area, we personally did Arethusa Falls, Catholic Ledge, Mount Washington, and the Swift River gorge, as well as a beautiful winding drive along the Kancamagus Highway. We'll be back, and will recommend this VRBO to our friends and family who also want a New England mountain vacation!

Perfect place for my wife and I to stay during our spring ski/hiking trip to NH. Property was as described in listing, extremely clean, close to town, and host was very attentive and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Property was just as described! Great location and perfect for a couple (or couple and 2 kids.) Owners are very easy to get a hold of if you need anything! Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Highly recommend and will be back!

The house is small but so cozy! The perfect amount of stay for 2 adults and our 7 year old. Minutes from downtown, great restaurants and Cranmore resort. Hosts are great and easy to communicate with. I would 10/10 recommend this rental!

Our family of 3 (myself, husband and 5yo daughter) had the best week at Chris & Dave's rental. We've been coming to the North Conway area for the last 8 or so years and this was the best rental experience we've had. First, the house was excellent. It's extremely well maintained and clean. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen had all the utensils and cookware you could think of, the hot tub, and they had a great size TV (not as common as you'd think with rentals!). Coming from out of town (NC) it was especially helpful that things like paper towels, dish soap, sponges, linens, towels, etc were included. They even had coffee pods stocked! The location is great for exploring the White Mountains area. Very easy access to all the outlets (don't skip LL Bean!), the covered bridge and cute town of Jackson, the Mt. Washington Omni (go for cocktails!), all the scenic highways, and more. Lastly, the communication was what really set them apart. Chris texted before the trip with so much helpful info, gave great recommendations, responded quickly to my lone fyi during the week, and gave eaay checkout instructions the day before we left. This will be our go-to spot for all future Conway trips!

We had an excellent time. The house was super clean and just what we needed. The owners checked in with us each day to see if we needed anything. Super easy to deal with. We can’t wait to go back!!!

This house is the perfect location just a mile or two north of all the shops and traffic. Across the main road is a scenic overlook of the White Mountains which were at peak during our visit. The owner was very helpful and communicated lots of great information to us. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus after a day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

We celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary. We have been going to the North Conway area since we were dating as teenagers. We had a great weekend for weather. This home is very convenient to North Conway and Jackson. The home is very clean and comfortable for two people. I would definitely recommend it. Chris was very easy to reach and provided thorough information for check in and check out.

Chris was great throughout the process and our stay was stop notch! The communication was fantastic and included many great recommendations!

My wife and I got married on September 22 and came here on the 23rd for our honeymoon. The house was just the right size and check in was so easy. Chris was responsive and let us check in a little early since the cleaners were done. The house was lovely! We thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of the house and the hot tub was great! It’s also close to a lot of things which made it easy to plan local things. Highly recommend and we plan to stay there again!

Nice, clean place and convenient to the North Conway area. Kids enjoyed the house, especially the hot tub. The kitchen was very convenient, and I wish we had gotten around to grilling. Host was very available.

Great location, close to downtown, Story Land, Echo Lake State Park, Diana's Baths, etc. House has many updates throughout and feels luxurious. The hot tub was a highlight for my family and we enjoyed it every morning and night. Chris goes out of her way to make sure your stay is comfortable and was great about communicating with us. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and having the Nespresso machine and Keurig was a nice bonus. We are a family of four with a four and six year old and the setup of the house worked great for us. Highly recommend to all.

My wife and I were very happy with our choice of a place to stay. Excellent house with all the amenities that were advertised. Quiet even though located on Rt#16, being set back from the road. Great location between North Conway and the beautiful town of Jackson. We would definitely try to stay again if we were headed back to the area.
