Cozy NEW Home in the Heart of Lafayette!

Great property! Everything was clean and neat! Nicely decorated! Close to restaurants and shopping. Great fast communication with host!

Spent three nights in early May 2024 in this new house located in a quiet community of new homes. Pristine condition and perfect size for our party of four, in town for a funeral. Within a two mile radius of Lafayette’s main thoroughfares like Ambassador Caffery Pkwy, and Johnston street. We ventured out to nearby restaurants for local delicacies: Lagneaux king of seafood- for crawfish boil, and Don’s seafood- for Gumbo. Some in my party reported scarce toiletries ( Towels, washcloths, etc…) but no show-stoppers. The house was comfortable and a superior alternative to hotel rooms for our particular situation. The host, Ashley, was prompt in responding to inquiries. Easy check-in and check out. Will stay here again when in town for family events.

We stayed for a wedding in Scott on May16 2026. Very nice. Thank you. The only suggestion I have is more wash cloths and towels!

The house was perfect for attending a wedding in Lafayette. Convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable and clean.

Fantastic location and spotlessly clean. The only thing I would advise future guests is to go prepared. There was a Keurig, but no coffee pods. No laundry pods, no Kleenex to be found, not a single hanger in a closet, bare minimum toilet paper, etc. You get the idea. Luckily, we had family 10 minutes away, so we were able to borrow whatever we needed. I do have to say, the one thing outside of these minor inconveniences that really bothered us was the quality of the linens, in particular washcloths and towels. They were stained and in tatters. And the sheets on the master bed didn’t even really fit the bed properly, they kept sliding off and were obviously not of a high-quality. Way too much money to spend per night to have to deal with that. Otherwise, lovely and a great house.

This property is great! It’s close to a lot of stores and restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Ashley was quick to respond to any and all questions we had, and the house was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed here for the World Series All Star tournament week and it was very clean and spacious.

Very nice and clean . Didn’t have access to any closets or garage. Unfortunately had a carbon monoxide issues resulting in evacuation . Host didn’t answer .Responded hours later after contacting fire department to resolve .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I look forward to staying here again if we are in the Lafayette area.

The house was beautiful and clean. Perfect for our family to stay while we visited family in the area. It is so close to everything you could need in Lafayette, and a super quiet and safe neighborhood!

This is an ok property. Takes a long time for the water to get hot in the Master Bath. Would have liked an extra blanket but none were to be found.

The place was clean, easy to get to and close to the venue.

The home and neighborhood exceeded expectations. The house had all of the basic necessities and the welcome info sheet had all the necessary information. The only constructive feedback were the two queen beds were platform beds and really did not sleep two per bed comfortably. Other than the beds, I would recommend this vrbo.

We were in town for the 2nd annual Louisiana truck. The property was as listed and in a very nice neighborhood
